How Do I Learn To Love Myself When I Know That All My Choices Have Created The Pain I Am In Now?

QUESTION: How do I learn to love myself through a dark time when everything in me says it is my fault, I am responsible for the choices I have made and I don't feel so good right now. How do I find love in the ugliness?

ANSWER: We have all hurt others and used our power in a way that goes against the universal laws of loving creation. We were "learning" through karma, pain and difficulty and had a lower state of consciousness at the time. We simply did not know any better. Jesus's quote of "Forgive them father, they know not what they do" is very relevant, because we truly did not know what we were doing. We were stuck in duality with a very low state of consciousness simply reacting from our own source of inner pain and spreading it to everyone we came into contact with. However, when we begin to awaken we begin to "SEE" our behavioral patterns. This is part of the spiritual eye opening, and the chakra system expanded. "For once we were blind but now we see". This is a very positive sign of your soul's ascension! You are starting to see your behavioral patterns and willing to accept responsibility for your life and the way you treat others. This is huge ~ give yourself a big hug for having the courage to face your self and the life you have created. As you face God/ddess, you face the self! During this time period it is very common to be filled with guilt. Guilt does have value, in that it teaches us "how not to be". Guilt is a very low vibrational feeling.....it does not feel good so it is imperative for you to feel your guilt, but at the same time work on forgiveness of the self. Please do not hold onto your guilt, it will hold you back from your soul’s ascension. Honor your self and your soul’s evolution...negative soul lessons are just as valid as positive ones.....and remember, every soul interaction has a lesson for BOTH souls involved. In fact, it is oftentimes our pain that is the catalyst for transformation. Most people who choose to ascend go through so much pain in their lives they finally decide ~ “I have had enough! I am going to choose something different.....I am ready to raise my consciousness and grow myself ~ I want to learn my lessons through LOVE now.” However, in order to move beyond our karmic lessons we will need to clean up our soul, and heal the negative energies within us that wanted to create painful circumstances for ourself and others. Once negative energy and karma has been created within our being, it doesn’t just go away. We will have to raise the negative energy to a higher vibration....this is oftentimes called soul alchemy, where we turn our darkness (lead) into the light (gold) of the christ/buddhic consciousness. Unfortunately, as we alchemicalize the soul we may go through a “dark night of the soul” where all our negativity begins to rise to the surface. This is a very uncomfortable time period, where the old negative ego begins to be transformed by the higher self. The ego feels like it is dying....it feels lost, confused, uncertain, doubtful and is full of pain from its negative creations. During this time period you must commit to your transformation through positive thinking, the spiritual practice of meditation, PRAYER, self forgiveness and self love ~ fully allowing your self to surrender to your higher soul. Self love and forgiveness are imperative to your transformation, and it will require great EFFORT! Daily meditation will help you tap into the loving vibrations within your self, and also looking your self in the mirror and telling your self how much you love your self. Look in your EYES repeating “I Love You”, I Love You, I Love You.” This may be hard in the beginning, you will cringe and you will not want to look in your eyes.....but as you do this exercise, you will begin to soften. You will eventually return your self to the LOVE that you truly are.....you just need to dissolve all the static interference in your energy field that blocks you from fully tapping into your truth. In addition, energy work through reiki, dna theta healing and pranic healing will help you clear the blocks. Energy healers are invaluable, and they are located all over the world. Do a computer search and find one you resonate with. Many are also able to do “distant healing” and it is just as powerful as an in person session. Yoga, Running, Fast walking or any kind of exercise also helps us move energy in the energy field so we can release the painful blocks that are stuck. ~Sabrina

DEALING WITH OLD EMOTIONS THAT ARE CREATING FEAR: BY SABRINA REBER

QUESTION: When that old stuff comes up and we re- live it, feel it all over again, it feels like it can hurt me or manifest something - it's scary. How do we feel it and NOT allow it to scare us?




ANSWER: I wish I could give you an easy remedy for that. Unfortunately, the only way to release these energies is to fully feel them, giving them the time and space they need to be transmuted into a higher vibration. Energy never dies, so whatever negativity we have created in our being, from our past, must be changed into a higher form. This is what is called soul alchemy....placing our darkness (coal) into the fiery energies of ascension transmutation so we can turn our negativity into GOLD (the gold energies of the christ consciousness). 

Because we have chosen as a group consciousness to participate in planetary ascension, we are no longer able to stuff our issues in a deal with later folder. We are having to face things head on, and we are not use to doing that! Whether we like it or not, all of our stored pain is coming up for a final clearing. Our higher self is ushering us through these clearings/initiations/soul lessons and we are learning to surrender to this process knowing that in our darkest moments is when we have the potential to gain the greatest amount of light.

Fear is a product of resistance.....when we allow and surrender, KNOWING that we are a child of God ~ NEVER separated from the Creator Of All That Is, it is much easier to release the fear and have faith in the process. Understand that your feelings and emotions are not really who you are...they are not eternal. They are temporary. The only thing that is eternal is the divinity of your Spirit. The truth of you is eternal.

Whenever you run into fear tune into your HEART and find a mantra that resonates with you, such as:

"Great Being Of Light Please Shine Down On Me"
"I AM One With The Light"
"I AM Love"
"God/dess Is Here!"

This is also a wonderful prayer from Christian Science you can state:

"There is no life, truth, intelligence nor substance in matter. All is infinite mind and its infinite manifestation, for God is ALL in ALL. Spirit is immortal truth; matter is immortal error. Spirit is the real and eternal. Matter is the unreal and temporal. Spirit is God and man is his image and likeness. Therefore man is 
not material- he is spiritual."

Getting Picked On!  By Sabrina Reber


My main job is that of an artist. I am blessed to have a local restaurant where I can display my art on the walls as my art gallery. I use a 3D technique, and I have had people literally pick the paint off of my art trying to figure out what kind of products I use. Unfortunately, it happened again. A labor intensive, large sea turtle I painted was physically abused with a significant portion of it's leg picked off. Given that there is always a lesson in everything that happens in our lives I have tried to figure out what the "message" might be....why do people keep picking at my art displaying absolutely no respect for me, and the time I have put into my creations? I reflected on my week, and realized I have also had people being disrespectful of my time and effort "picking on me" and my messages on Facebook. 


As with all things, there is always a lesson for ALL people involved in any kind of negative interaction. I have figured out a few of the lessons, and realized that some of this could be me balancing some of my karma from my past unconscious behaviors. But the main lesson Spirit keeps reminding me is, we are in a dimension with many, many different levels of consciousness and some people have not learned respect or gained a conscience....they are vibrating at a different level! That is why Earth is a highly desired place for souls to incarnate....it creates a breeding ground for very profound soul lessons to be learned to help souls evolve into their mastery. 


Mastery requires testing! It requires us to interact with people in difficult situations so we can learn how to use our energy in a positive direction through the mastery of patience, compassion, respect, forgiveness, unconditional love, acceptance, surrender, tolerance, proper use of our free will (yes or no) BOUNDARIES, SELF LOVE, thought control, soul strength etc.....and one of the most important lessons we need to learn is how to maintain a high vibrational frequency no matter what is going on around us. 


Mastery requires us to master our energy bodies (chakra system)! When we are grounded and in our center our emotional, mental, physical and spiritual bodies are balanced and free flowing. When one of the energy bodies is out of balance it affects all of the energy bodies, and we literally contract our energy creating blocks within our being, which will block us from our highest spiritual guidance. Whatever we are going through, whether it be a positive or negative experience, there are lessons to be learned and opportunities for us to demonstrate to our higher self how far we have evolved our souls. We have the free will choice to allow other people's lower level of consciousness disrupt our energetic balance or we can take responsibility for ourselves and our vibrational frequency. 


This week has definitely been full of little tests for me. It does not matter what level of consciousness we are on....all of us will go through periods of revelations where those things that are hidden from our conscious awareness will be brought forth from the depths of our shadows to reveal themselves to us for a final healing with the purpose of transcendence and transmutation. Every time we clear the energy of an old behavioral pattern, negative emotion, program or belief system from our being not only do we raise the vibration of our soul signature, we also help raise the vibration of the entire planet! 


When difficult times arise state to your self: "I AM THE MASTER OF MY FREQUENCY!" We have to learn to not let other people's negative behavioral patterns attach to us bringing us down to their level. This serves no one! Many people think they need to be doing something spectacular or grandiose in order to help with the healing of the planet, but truly the greatest gift we can offer for the highest level of healing on the Earth is the stabilization of our OWN energetic frequency! When we are truly able to not let our emotional and mental bodies (ego) take over our being we will be able to stay aligned with our higher self and remain in the higher vibrations of love, joy, calm, peace and happiness.


Becoming the MASTER OF OUR OWN FREQUENCY is truly how we master the Earth Game. In order to maintain our frequency we need to keep our energy fields balanced so we can hear our highest guidance ~ which may ask us to make different decisions in our own life, set boundaries with others,  or even remove ourselves from unhealthy situations. We can not control how others behave but we can control our SELF. If everyone made this their highest priority ~ to be responsible for the healing of the SELF ~ our world would reflect what we truly all want.....Heaven HERE On Earth! ~ Sabrina

What Is A Dark Night Of The Soul?

The "Dark Night Of The Soul" is very common for people during the process of soul transmutation or alchemy where all the stored darkness (unprocessed emotions, feelings, old traumas, karma, distorted beliefs) that are stored in our chakras ~ rise to surface for us to process through so we can permanently release them from our energy fields. 


A Dark Night Of The Soul is like a little death ~ death of the ego and shadow consciousness. Many people on the ascension path will experience the dark night of the soul several times throughout their journey to higher and higher states of consciousness. During this time period one may feel very alone, confused, sad, depressed, overwhelmed and uncertain of what direction they are headed in. The dark night of the soul can be a lengthy and profound absence of light and hope. Many people have said they feel like they are dying inside.....and actually, the old energies within them, that no longer serve them, are dying. 

Part of personal soul ascension involves the kundalini snake or coiled dormant creator energy that resides in every human, at the base of our spine, to rise up from the root chakra and burn away the blocks and barriers within each chakra until it finally makes its way up to the crown chakra where divine illumination and the experience of God and ONENESS, with all things, occurs. As the kundalini rises, it prompts the transmutation of the distorted, off pitched vibrations in our chakra system to be purified. And this process can feel terrible because energy never dies! Once negative energy is created within our being it doesn't just disappear....the lower vibrational energies must be raised in frequency in order for it to be transformed into LIGHT. During this process, the negative energies come up for us to shine the light of our conscious awareness on them so we can FEEL them, and release them from our energy fields. It is basically ~ soul alchemy ~ where we turn our darkness (lead) into light (gold). Gold is symbolic of the christ consciousness.

The best way to move through this very difficult time period is to simply surrender to the process. It is our resistance to our pain that creates more pain. When we allow the density within us to rise to the surface and we fully feel it.....we let go of it. And this is the key ~ TO LET GO OF IT. We need to learn to take the medicine (soul lesson) and leave the pain behind. Feel the pain, understand that it has a lesson for you.....learn from it, gather the wisdom it has to offer, give gratitude for it, and move forward without getting stuck in your "story". If we get stuck in our "story"....we have not taken responsibility for ourselves and we have not gained the wisdom! The "story" will drain our precious life force energy! 

The main point of soul ascension/soul healing is to get rid of the old energies that keep us stuck in a vicious cycle of recreation. If we allow ourselves to fully feel the energies that arise ~ they flow right through our entire chakra system and out of our bodies. If we resist our feelings, we contract and create blocks within our chakra system that block us from an abundant free flowing spiritual life force energy from our higher self.

The Dark Night Of The Soul is temporary. Just like a baby moves through the darkness of the birth canal before its birth..... an ascending soul will also move through the chaos and darkness of the void before the birth of it's magnificence.

Shine LIGHT On Your Darkness

Our planet is set to transform. We are in the process of chaos before the birth of our magnificence. We are being asked to let go of those energies, beliefs, thought forms, programs, repetitive behavioral patterns and limitations that have kept us bound to the 3rd dimension of duality and separation consciousness.

In order to RE-member who we truly are, we must let go of the old so we can make room in our energy field for the reunion of our true divine essence. The healing of this planet will occur, when each of us have become self actualized, and have had a direct experience of God/Goddess/Oneness with all things. Through the purification of our energy/chakra system we open ourselves up to our TRUTH, and it is the truth that will set us free.

The LIGHT is the truth, and it is increasing on this planet through solar flares from the sun, crystalline energies from the galactic center and divine feminine energies from the center of the Earth. All darkness, limitations, shadows, and fears will be brought forth for us to "see" and transcend.

Whenever you find yourself in a moment of deep healing and purging.... consumed by the darkness of your perceived limitations, know that this is when the greatest LIGHT/TRUTH/KNOWLEDGE can be discovered. State:

"Great being of LIGHT ~ please shine down on me! Show me ~ what it is, I need to see, so I can move forward into greater awareness for my highest and best good. ~ Thank you."

Visualize this LIGHT coming from above, below and all around you.....you are in this LIGHT, and you have become ONE with it. Silence your mind and listen with your heart.....this is the guidance that will help you heal and transcend any chaos or discord you may be experiencing.

Know that you are made from the LIGHT and the LIGHT is always with you. From the power of your own free will, call forth the LIGHT when you need it! The comforts of our illusions and denials will no longer serve us...call forth the LIGHT so you can see and step into the LIGHT of greater awareness.

Tips On Balancing Masculine Feminine Energies

QUESTIONS: Do you have any recommendations for the balancing of the masculine/feminine energies? I think this is my problem, or perhaps I am just supposed to wait until later this year when I have heard there will be some kind of shifting of masculine/feminine energies within us?


ANSWER: If you wait for someone or something outside of your self to balance your masculine/feminine energies it will never occur. It is true we are in very powerful, transformational times and we have tremendous support from the heightened spiritual energies that are being sent to this planet. However,  we need to be proactive in our awakening process. We  need to put energy towards our en-lighten-ment which requires us to balance our masculine/feminine energies, as well as, activate our chakra system and the dormant spiritual glands and DNA within our being. 

There are many things you can do to help you with this process. 


1. Meditation combined with heart felt prayer. Sincere 
desire to “Know Yourself As God/Goddess" and dedication to bring your self into balance.


2. Shifting your thoughts into positive creation/   
manifestation through being CONSCIOUS and aware
of your emotional and mental states.


3. Expanding the heart chakra so you can radiate the LOVE vibration by being less judgmental, opinionated, controlling, critical, competitive and fear filled.


4. Transcending ego and shadow consciousness through the implementation of NEW more divinely aligned behavioral patterns. Releasing knee-jerk, reactive, egoic behavioral patterns.


5. Unblocking and Balancing the chakras so they can be expanded and infused with the loving spiritual energies from your higher selves through meditation and visualization. Energy healing through modalities such as Pranic Healing, Reiki, DNA Theta, Cranial Sacral, Crystal Healing, Vibrational Healing through music or LIGHT LANGUAGE activations, Yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, are all very helpful at helping us to remove stubborn energetic blocks which are our karma or off pitched vibrations within our energy fields.


6. Visiting Sacred Sites on Earth.....but be aware, just visiting them will not activate you. Holding sacred ceremony, meditating, making offerings through sacred sound such as toning/oming, making offerings through physical objects like small crystals or sacred plants (tobacco or cocoa leaves) and really aligning yourself from your heart to the crystalline energies that are present will help you tap into the healing vibrations in these high vibrational places. In addition, the level of your light quotient will also respond to the level of your healing that you receive. Meditation before you visit these places, as well as, your heart felt intention will open you up to receive more.


7. Holding Sacred Ceremony, Asking/Praying for Divine Assistance, Spending time with people who are actively working on their vibration and tapping into heightened spiritual energies as well. The power of group energy is strong! When two or more are gathered "I Am" there! (Jesus)

8.
