QUESTION ABOUT KUNDALINI, FEAR OF KUNDALINI

QUESTION: I found an article again about kundalini syndrome, it said that it could be dangerous, and cause insanity ~ this makes me scared to continue with my meditations. Can you please explain what’s the worst of kundalini syndrome, i mean if it might be dangerous? There is also an organization that is offering to lock the kundalini to keep it from rising.

ANSWER: Kundalini when forced can be dangerous. People who use their ego to force their kundalini to rise will experience problems because they will not have PURIFIED their chakra system first. Meditation is not forcing the kundalini to rise. Meditation is allowing the divine spirit within, and around us, to actually purify the chakras preparing our entire energetic system for a safe and grounded kundalini awakening. If the kundalini is forced to awaken through severe breathing practices or intense body postures ~ all the karma, negative energy and distortions in our chakra system will come up all at once to be released, and yes....it can be almost too much for people to bare and they may feel and act like they are crazy. It is also possible that a forced kundalini activation could blow a chakra creating extreme energetic disruption within a persons being.

That is why a daily spiritual practice of mediation is so important. Meditation actually brings the light of God/Goddess into our being and begins to clear away the karma, energetic distortions and blocks at a much more comfortable pace. Many people are going through this process NOW, and it can be uncomfortable. In order to heal we must feel ~ so all the unprocessed feelings, traumas, emotional debris and unbalanced karma that has been stored in each one of our chakras needs to reach a 51% LEVEL of clearing before the kundalini will rise with ease and grace and in perfect divine timing. Each one of us has an ascension gatekeeper ~ so release your fear. We are divinely loved and cared for. All we need to do is state our intention that we are ready to be prepared for kundalini activation, spend time in daily meditation communing with our soul and spiritual self ~ slowing down our brain waves and entire energetic system so a deeper level of healing can occur ~ and stay focused on the spiritual healing of our thoughts, feelings and negative behavioral patterns. The kundalini will rise in perfect divine timing for us when the gatekeeper says...... 51% of their energy has been qualified.....it is time for the soul to be awakened to it’s true love power and soul 

re-memberance. 

The kundalini is located in the root chakra ~ it is coiled energy that resembles a snake and it is the source of our spiritual creative power that has laid dormant for many, many lifetimes. One of the reasons it has laid dormant is because the root chakra is full of fear. This is how “the powers that be” control us....they control us by keeping us fearful.....if we choose to buy into their fear based thinking and beliefs we will block our root chakra, which will block our entire chakra system because the root chakra is the foundational chakra, and it effects all the other chakras. Blocked chakras will keep us from having a spiritual awakening and will keep us from stepping into our divine birthright of unification with our spiritual self and our soul filled empowerment. We WANT the kundalini to rise however, the divine energy within us must be respected. When it is awakened we become a powerful force.....our thoughts will manifest VERY quickly....that is why it is so important to be patient with the purification process.

Any organization that is trying to lock the kundalini is one that is trying to keep people from their divine power of unification and connection with their higher self. It is simple....if you don’t want your kundalini to rise ~ stay fearful. Fear and lack of Faith will keep you from your divine inheritance. However, if you are interested in assisting your kundalini to rise (assisting not forcing) then there are several things you can do:

1. Meditate with the intention to clear your chakra system and energetic fields.
2. Feel your feelings so you don’t contract your energy field and create blocks.
3. Learn how to recognize the workings of the ego and shadow consciousness working within you so you can take dominion over these negative behavioral patterns that continue to create karma for your self.
4. Open your heart and forgive. Forgiveness and Unconditional love does not mean you become weak, and allow yourself to stay in hurtful situations that continue to wound your soul energy. Forgive others, including yourself, but LOVE YOURSELF enough to make wise light filled decisions that honor your healing path.....unconditional love is allowing others to make unlimited choices for themselves with no judgment however, your choices may not align with theirs. Use your discernment. We can love others but also let them go, if that is what is for our highest and best good.
5. Energy Work: Reiki, Cranial Sacral, EMF, DNA Theta are just a few modalities that are wonderful. Energy work will help you process through your energetic distortions and karma. Attend a class and receive an energetic attunement or spiritual initiation so you too can clear out your chakra system to channel higher levels of healing energy.
6. Yoga....even kundalini yoga IF IT IS NOT FORCED. Use your discernment, listen to your body!!!! Choose your teacher wisely....if they are forcing you to hold positions too long that are painful to you or forcing you to breathe harder than you feel comfortable then find a more loving, balanced and compassionate ....gentle teacher who will have your highest good in mind.
7. Listen to energy activations. Earth Game....It is All About Frequency.

We are playing a game. 

The Earth game is a game of energetic frequency. 

The "perceived" controllers and dominators....whether it be our governments, leaders, different countries, religions, enemies, families, the dark forces etc........"WIN" when they can create fear, negativity and lower vibrations within our energy fields.

In order for us to WIN ~ our vibrations will need to be raised to the point where nothing can effect us. In order to reach this sustained vibration of love and light ~ our energy fields will need to BE the Love and the Light~ which means we will need to purify all the things within us that are NOT love.

These things may be soul trauma or distorted egoic/shadowy thoughts, emotions, fears or beliefs. In order for us to WIN we will need to transmute the negativity (darkness) within our being so that we can gain and SUSTAIN a higher vibrational frequency of SOUL LIGHT.

As each human chooses to raise it's vibrational frequency "THE LIGHT WITHIN THEM" will be activated. Each human is a cell on the Earth's body....when the majority of the cells have activated their LIGHT then the LIGHT will be amplified and will spread across the Earth body transforming and healing everything in its path.

The Earth game is not necessarily a game of winners and losers ~although the perceived duality makes it seem that way ~ the Earth game is really about activating the LOVE and LIGHT of Unity Consciousness, knowing that when we heal and activate the LIGHT within us, we will actually help activate the LIGHT within others.....even the so-called controllers and dominators. 

All beings, all the key players, including the Earth herself will "WIN" this game of energetic frequency we have signed up for. As Lee Harris says, "We can not fight the darkness, we can only amplify the LIGHT."

Ascension Is a Life Style

We are in the process of planetary ascension. At this time on the planet, we ALL have the opportunity to raise our vibrations high enough to merge with a higher aspect of our being. This is a personal choice based on our own free will and it does take effort. 

This process requires us to rise up vertically in consciousness, to our GodSelf, bringing our SPIRIT down into our physical body. But our process does not end there! Actually ~ this is the beginning of our journey and the return to our true selves.

Once the LIGHT of our higher selves/spiritual selves enters our being we will need to integrate the light, into our everyday lives. Ego and shadow consciousness will need to be refined. All of the fragmented parts of ourselves will need to be loved and brought back into our being so we can reach a state of wholeness.

Ascension is a vertical and horizontal process. We raise our frequency, moving the kundalini up the spine to the crown chakra ~ merging with a higher aspect of our being ~ and then we absorb the LOVE (Mother Goddess Energy) and LIGHT (Father God Knowledge) expanding it out, horizontally, from our energy fields grounding it into our everyday lives.

Old behavioral patterns, negative energy, karmic miasims, distorted thought forms, energetic blocks, ego and shadow consciousness ~ still remain after the first level of ascension/merging. Continued daily practice and continued spiritual practice ~ through meditations will bring forth the activation of the sacred flames within our hearts and continued downloads of SPIRIT expanding and activating our light bodies.

Ascension is an ongoing process it is a life style ~ a new way of BEING that will need to be applied in our everyday lives. As Gandi says, we need to BE the LIGHT (change) we wish to see in the world.

The Crown Chakra is often called the thousand petal lotus. Throughout history it has been depicted in paintings of Jesus the Christ, Buddha, Saints, Angels and other highly evolved beings as a golden white halo around their heads. When the Crown Chakra is fully opened an awareness of our divinity and the true essence of our being is understood and integrated. The crown chakra will not fully open until all seven of the chakras and corresponding energy fields have been purified enough for divine energy to be released activating the Kundalini. The Kundalini is a divine spiral of energy similar to a coiled snake that lays dormant at the base of each person’s spine (root chakra) until proper purification has occurred within a beings system for it to safely ascend up the chakra column. The crown chakra connects us to our masculine Father God while the root chakra connects us to our feminine Mother Goddess or Mother Earth. If the kundalini is able to move through each chakra and does not encounter any blocks it will move up into the crown chakra opening a pathway for each persons God self to descend into their physical body. Kundalini is Creator energy. It is our divine birthright to activate this part of ourselves so we can become conscious co-creators here on Earth. When our system is properly prepared, the descension of our God self washes over each of the seven chakras breaking the seven seals activating the creation of our divine luminous light body. This prepares us to move forward into Self Mastery where we have the potential to fully activate and embody our Holy Grail becoming a Divine Enlightened Human.

Root Chakra:  The Body of God

The First Dimensional Chakra: (ROOT)

It is associated with the color RED. 

The Root chakra is located at the base of the spine. It is very important because it builds the foundation for all of the other chakras. If our root chakra is out of balance, it affects the balance and harmony of every chakra. It is associated with the physical body and grounds us onto the Earth plane. When we are fully grounded, we easily manifest our needs and desires without harming another. Our creations are in divine alignment and created with the purest of intentions. When our root chakra is balanced we have no need or desire to manipulate, force or control another with distorted energy to get what we want. 

Balanced Root Chakra: We are grounded and centered. Our physical body is vital and healthy. We are connected to our instincts and we feel safe and supported. We have faith in our own personal manifesting abilities and we do not expect others to take care of us. We do not give our power away and we know we are fully capable of providing all of the basic human necessities needed for our survival. We are a leader, not a follower. We are stable, healthy, courageous, patient and powerful.

Unbalanced Root Chakra: Survival issues. Money issues: over focused on making money even at the expense of others (greed) or the inability to make money in order to provide for your basic necessities. Anger, violence, fear, lack of self worth (leading to self centeredness), disorganization, fearful, restless, anxious, disconnected from the body (overweight / underweight / unhealthy), lack of faith, inability to relax, inability to stay grounded, loosing our center and oftentimes over reacting, inablity to be in the present moment - always in the past or in the future.

Traumas to the Root Chakra: Traumatic Birth, Difficult Childhood, Insufficient Bonding with Mother, Physical Abuse, Abandonment, Fearful Environment, Distorted and Controlling Religious Beliefs.

Bodily Symptoms Expressing Blockage: Constipation, Bone Disorders, Weight Problems, Sciatica, Degenerative Arthritis, Knee Trouble, Eating Disorders, Aging, Gastrointestinal Disorders. 

A large portion of our society has a blocked or unbalanced root chakra. The majority of us were raised by well intentioned but unawake parents who were unable to provide us with the nurturing necessary to fully develop this chakra. The root chakra is developed while we are in the womb and up until around 12 months. If we were raised in a safe, loving, nurturing environment the chances of our root chakra developing fully are very high, therefore, providing a very strong foundation for the rest of our chakras to fully develop. If this chakra is not developed our foundation will be shaky and our roots will not be strong enough to provide continued support for our highest growth potential. When this occurs, we protect ourselves by withdrawing our Spirit from fully grounding into our root chakra so we can avoid experiencing our pain. Although this serves a purpose by helping us move through emotional traumatic events in our lives; if we do not eventually re-open the root chakra, allowing the life force energies from the Earth and our Spirit to enter our system, we will become depleted leading to an energetic imbalance, illness and disease. 

In addition many religions, governments and the media induce inappropriate levels of fear keeping people stagnated in their root chakra. Fear of God, fear of people with different beliefs, fear of food shortages, viral outbreaks, food contamination, invading countries, nuclear threats and a failing economy keep us stuck in a perpetual state of fear making it very difficult for our root chakra to function properly. In addition, many of us have bought into the belief that we are separate from each other and God and it is our separation consciousness that creates all suffering and fear. When we begin to grasp the idea that we are each divine sparks, NEVER separated from God we will be able to remove the cages of fear that enslave us. Fear is the demon of the root chakra. In order to release our fears we must first admit we have them in order to transform them. Ignorance is not bliss and denial keeps us stuck. Once we acknowledge our fears and work through them they will be released clearing the blocks we have created in our root chakra. Once they are cleared we free up space for earth energy to move into and through our root chakra ascending up into our second chakra called the Sacral Chakra.

The Seven Seals Of God Consciousness

Reclaiming wholeness and divine union with our God self requires us to not only embrace the physical body but also our spiritual or energetic bodies. Our energetic body surrounds and penetrates our physical body with our predominant energy centers or chakras running from the top of our head, down our spine, to the bottom of our feet. Chakra literally means “wheel of light.” Chakras are energy vortices that bring energy from the universal life field into our entire human system. Chakras are the regulators of spiritual life force energy, prana or chi. Without properly functioning chakras our health is vulnerable due to a of lack of healthy energy that is able to move through our chakras. In addition, the lack of chi or energy that can be brought into our system will limit the potential for a spiritual opening that leads us into greater states of consciousness.

Through our chakras we send out energies affecting other people and the events in our lives. If a chakra is blocked or distorted the intake of energy will be depleted or excessive not only affecting us but also the people we interact with. Every thought and feeling we have passes through our chakras. When we allow ourselves to fully feel the emotions our thoughts and feelings stir up within us, our chakras will process the energy and allow it to flow through us so it can be released. Oftentimes, we resist negative feelings and emotions and we end up creating restrictions and blocks within our chakras creating imbalance in our system leading to illness. Each chakra is associated with a specific organ in our body. If a chakra is out of balance, it affects the correlating organs creating disharmony and dis-ease. All illness begins in the energy body first before it makes its way to the physical body. Thus, all illness has a spiritual / energetic origin. A healthy human system occurs when all chakras are aligned, balanced and functioning with an open flow.

For meditation purposes we will focus on the seven primary chakras that directly affect our physical body. Our primary chakras are the rainbow bridge that connects our physical body to our Spirit and they are the same colors as a rainbow. Our first chakra is red, our second is orange, our third is yellow, our fourth is green our fifth is blue, our sixth is indigo and our seventh is violet (ROYGBIV). In the Bible, these are also known as the seven seals. Each chakra is a doorway or portal into higher consciousness and once they are understood, opened and cleared we move into a state of wholeness bringing our Spirit down into matter. Our chakras are the bridge that unite Heaven and Earth energies. This balance between Heaven and Earth or Spirit and Matter requires a total surrender to God leading to the activation of the high heart. Once our lower chakras (Earth / Matter / Physicality) are transcended we activate our thymus gland or high heart chakra assisting with the opening of our upper chakras (Heaven / Spirit / Intuition) leading us into a state of heightened spiritual development. Our heart chakra balances the lower chakras helping us to stay grounded on the earth plane while the upper chakras allow us to draw in an expanded amount of divine love and wisdom. Once all chakras are cleared, aligned and balanced our heart chakra will activate the pineal, pituitary and hypothalmus glands signaling the kundalini to rise bringing our divine spirit into matter. When this occurs we merge with our God Self experiencing Divine Love, Unity, Ecstasy and Bliss. In this state, we experience the truth of God, that God is Love. We realize we are connected and never have been separated from God, anyone or anything in the universe. We realize the perfection of every perceived imperfect situation that has occurred in our life and we know that all is in divine order. We enter into a place of Divine Mind and understand greater universal patterns. We understand our reason for being here and develop a strong connection with our God Self, purifying our soul, leading us into our highest soul’s potential. 

Through meditation, visualization, purification and intention the kundalini will rise in perfect divine timing for each individual creating their own rainbow bridge of light into the higher realms of awareness and enlightenment. This process begins with the clearing and balancing of each chakra and the clearing, balancing and integration of the many layers of the human energetic field. Choosing to clear our chakras and energy fields will lead us into a greater understanding of ourselves and each other. The benefits are well worth it! Even the symbol for Medicine is a Caduceus which is a rod entwined with two serpents (DNA) in the form of a double helix. The rod represents the chakra system that runs along the spine and the double helix or snakes represent the kundalini energy rising up through each chakra opening us up to our God self which will activate our dormant strands of DNA. The Caduceus is a symbol for good health and when our chakras are open and functioning properly and our dormant strands of DNA activated our flow of Spirit (life force energy) will be greatly enhanced. When this occurs our physical bodies will naturally return to a place of health and balance, we will become mentally clear, our emotions will have less control over us and our connection to Spirit will be strengthened. This process is a journey and does require personal commitment, dedication, desire and strong intention to heal. However, this process should not be forced! The raising of energy from the root chakra all the way up the spine to the crown chakra requires patience, trust, faith and self-purification. Divine energy will rise at exactly the right time for each soul’s journey. Your focused attention on meditation and the clearing of your chakras and energy fields will activate your kundalini to rise when your system has been adequately prepared. Please do not force this process.

Activation of our Rainbow Bridge

The first three chakras (Root, Sacral and Solar Plexus) are our 3^rd dimensional chakras and represent our yin, feminine energies. These chakras are very important because they help us manifest and create our desires here on Earth. When they are functioning properly we are fully in our power using it in a balanced, conscious, healthy manner to benefit the whole of humanity. We easily manifest our highest soul’s potential, we speak our truth and we set healthy boundaries. Unfortunately, many peoples lower three chakras are heavily distorted and unbalanced. That’s why our planet reflects chaos, turmoil, illness and separation. These chakras must be purified before we can rise above our ego’s defense system, our dualistic natures and our unconscious creations. We cannot fully open and utilize our higher chakras (Heart, Throat, Spiritual Eye and Crown) until our lower ones are cleared, balanced and integrated. If the lower chakras and the higher chakras are not working properly, a true awakening and activation of our divine energy cannot occur. We cannot deny any aspect of ourselves! We each have dark and light and masculine and feminine energy running through our systems. In order to be whole we must integrate and balance ALL aspects of our being.
