QUESTION: You always mention in ur articles that this is the important time to connect to our higher self & release negative energies..why is this time so important..? HTRYV ANSWER: We are entering into a cyclic event that occurs every 26,000 years as the Earth completes a full revolution around the sun. In 13,000-year cycles the Earth spends 11,000 years - in the shadowy darkness of separation and duality - outside the light of the photon band. The photon band is a band of high vibrational intensified light that comes from the great central sun. Currently, the Earth is moving into a 2000-year period of transformational energies moving inside the photon band where humanity’s next level of advancement is offered. While we are in the photon band, encodings activating our memory and DNA are sent through the rays of the sun encouraging us to spiritually evolve going beyond our current state of consciousness to a more enlightened state of being. For the past 11,000 years we have been outside the photon belt in the dark ages immersed in the negativity of polarity and duality. Currently, we are in the photon belt, entering a 2,000- year cycle of en-lighten-ment receiving the transformational and transmutational energies of the Christ. This is a personal choice where we choose through our own free will to no longer experience the negativity of 3rd dimensional darkness and choose to transform the density of our being into a light being where we put on our garments of light ascending into the higher vibrations of full consciousness, unity consciousness, unconditional love, peace, joy, harmony, spiritual abundance, health and healing. Earth Game....It is All About Frequency.

We are playing a game. 

The Earth game is a game of energetic frequency. 

The "perceived" controllers and dominators....whether it be our governments, leaders, different countries, religions, enemies, families, the dark forces etc........"WIN" when they can create fear, negativity and lower vibrations within our energy fields.

In order for us to WIN ~ our vibrations will need to be raised to the point where nothing can effect us. In order to reach this sustained vibration of love and light ~ our energy fields will need to BE the Love and the Light~ which means we will need to purify all the things within us that are NOT love.

These things may be soul trauma or distorted egoic/shadowy thoughts, emotions, fears or beliefs. In order for us to WIN we will need to transmute the negativity (darkness) within our being so that we can gain and SUSTAIN a higher vibrational frequency of SOUL LIGHT.

As each human chooses to raise it's vibrational frequency "THE LIGHT WITHIN THEM" will be activated. Each human is a cell on the Earth's body....when the majority of the cells have activated their LIGHT then the LIGHT will be amplified and will spread across the Earth body transforming and healing everything in its path.

The Earth game is not necessarily a game of winners and losers ~although the perceived duality makes it seem that way ~ the Earth game is really about activating the LOVE and LIGHT of Unity Consciousness, knowing that when we heal and activate the LIGHT within us, we will actually help activate the LIGHT within others.....even the so-called controllers and dominators. 

All beings, all the key players, including the Earth herself will "WIN" this game of energetic frequency we have signed up for. As Lee Harris says, "We can not fight the darkness, we can only amplify the LIGHT."

Transmutation of the Soul

We have entered a pretty intense period for emotional clearing. None of us like to feel the negativity arise within us. Not only are we dealing with stored pain from our past ~ in this life ~ but, also from all our previous lives....and we don't even consciously know what that is. The negative energetic imprints (our karma) we stored in our energy fields, way back when, travel with us until we finally release them. 

This uncomfortable process has been going on for so many years within me ~ I now know what is happening to me, and I can literally feel the transmutation happening within my energy field. It feels terrible and if you are not aware of what is going on within you....you will create resistance, confusion, doubt, overwhelm, and additional negative energies within yourself because you start to question what is wrong with me? Why do I feel so terrible? This is not a high vibrational way to be. I don't like feeling this way etc......can't I just think it away? And the answer is NO ~ you can not just think it away ~ you must fully feel it away. 

The best way to bring yourself to the present, NOW, moment is to feel what is here ~ NOW. Just feel it, so you can release it. What is happening to you is every day through your continued spiritual practice, your spiritual self is coming closer and closer and closer. The more you raise your energetic frequency ~ the closer your spiritual self can get to the physical body. As the spiritual self moves closer....you receive more of it's higher vibrational energies and love. This "LOVE" will stir up everything within you that is not love and you will feel it.....ick! 

I like to think of us as a cup...a chalice, the holy grail. The spiritual self will come in and its energetic connection (through a tube above our head) begins to act like a straw that will stir up all the old residual debris from the bottom of our Cup (Holy Grail). This straw like action creates a little spinning tornado of dark, disrupted energies within our system, bringing them to the surface so they can be sucked up through the straw ~ the tube above our head that connects us to our spiritual self. The spiritual self will absorb all the dirty water and filter through it ~ transmuting the density into a higher vibration and then it will refill our chalice (body) with fresh clean pure water. 

While this is occurring it feels very icky, because everything has been stirred up, and it can create a lot of confusion within our being because last week we most likely were feeling great. The best thing we can do is surrender to the process. Just let it happen and be kind to your self. When this is occurring within me, I go into hibernation. I do what needs to be done for my family, but I also take extra time for me. I cancel all social arrangements, I take little naps, curl up in a blanket and read books, I take slow walks in nature, lots of hot salt baths, I avoid crowded areas, go to the ocean and float around on a float and look at the clouds and the beauty that surrounds me.....I even like to stay home and organize drawers. Whatever works for you ~ do it. Be a little selfish during these times ~ say NO to all the additional things that require a lot of your energy and time.....perhaps order food to go etc. Be loving and compassionate to your self and also be aware that others are going through this too. Take nothing personally. 

Be grateful for the opportunity to release all the density you have been carrying around for 26,000 years.....let it go with sheer joy to experience and learn so much. It is graduation time.

You may see gray clouds or gray energy leaving and going up to the Creators light and white sparkles being sent down as healing light or streams of white light that makes the Earth glow. We live in a time of accelerated change and transformation. Your soul and spiritual self are urging you to shake off your old distorted beliefs, lack of knowledge and distorted energies within your energy fields. It is time to step into the light of knowledge seeking en-lighten-ment through dedication to your spiritual practice and daily meditation. Each of us are divinely guided by a higher intelligence ~ if you are reading this article; your God Self, guides and angels have led you here ~ you are being called to awaken and to break the chains that have held you down. It is time for you to raise your vibration and actively participate in your transformational process. 

Daily meditation brings in the LIGHT of God and this LIGHT will CHANGE you. This light penetrates the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy fields helping us to dislodge stagnant blocked energy that leads to imbalances, disease and a thick veil of ego and shadow illusions. Many of us get in a hurry when we begin to meditate ~ we want to see changes immediately; however, it is important for us to understand that God (Light) comes in gradually. This is GRACE. We are going from a very dense state of being to a very high vibrational LIGHT filled being. Our being will transform from a 3rd dimensional being into a 5th dimensional being. This process requires integration as we can only handle so much LIGHT at one time. We will need to take dominion over our egoic demands of expectation, perfection, control and the desire for things to move rapidly. Surrender to your God Self and know that the God Within and the Creator of All That Is knows exactly what to do. 

As you begin to meditate you will go through a spiritual detox, a deeper level of purification.  This may manifest as physical, emotional, mental or spiritual symptoms. At some point on your journey these symptoms will subside. During this process you will also be "gifted" with moments of extreme clarity, increased synchronicities, inner peace, greater joy, enhanced intuition and a deeper connection with God, the Earth and All Beings. As you bring in more and more light into your being, each chakra will be purified. I want to talk about what you may experience as each chakra opens and releases the distorted energetic blocks held within it.

CROWN CHAKRA: (top of the head) You may experience pressure and headaches as very high vibrational aspects of your being and SPIRIT move into your system. Mild confusion may occur due to old programs, distorted beliefs and thought forms leaving your consciousness. You are expanding and opening up your connection to God. 

SPIRITUAL EYE CHAKRA: (center of eyebrows) You may experience headaches as your multi dimensional sight opens. The third eye is related to the pineal gland in the brain which is often times called the seat of the soul. The pineal gland will open and enlarge and may create pressure. You will also begin to see lights, shapes, symbols, energy forms, codes etc....as it continues to open. Fear may also arise as you begin to tap into truth.

THROAT CHAKRA: (throat area) You may experience burning sensations, sore throat. The need to cough. The throat chakra also connects to the ears. Subtle pain and pressure in the ears. You may also begin to hear high pitched sounds, buzzing, humming. As the throat chakra opens you will begin to speak your truth and sometimes the words you use will not be loving. This is something you must transcend. We need to speak our truth but we have to do it with words of love ~ not through demands, manipulation, frustration or control.

HEART CHAKRA: ( heart ) Depending on the severity of the blockage you may have heart pain. Oftentimes, people will think they are having heart problems when it is really the heart chakra opening. As the heart opens you may experience sadness, grief, depression and shame. Old distorted heart wounds are being released. As they rise up to be released, you will experience the feelings associated with them. You may cry during your meditations...just allow it. This will pass. You may also have heart palpitations as more and more spiritual energies transform you. Your God Self knows what it is doing and will give you downloads of LIGHT in increments your body can handle. Everything is in divine timing once you make the commitment to ascend into the higher realms. Trust your God Self ~ your God self is always in control of your bodily functions. Who does the breathing and the beating of your heart automatically??? Your God Self does....ego thinks it's in control of everything, but its not! Once the heart is fully opened you will be filled with UNCONDITIONAL LOVE from your awakened soul and God Self ~ it is euphoric and worth every minute of the purification you have to go through. 

SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA: (below heart, bottom of ribcage) As this chakra clears you may experience fatigue and digestive disturbances. Your food choices may change.  You may also start to notice your aggressive behaviors and habitual behavioral patterns. These need to be transcended. This is where are power struggles start showing up as we bring to the surface that which needs to be healed. A lot of us go through an angry phase as we tap further and further into the truth of what is actually going on within and on our planet. A large portion of our ego resides here and we often times encounter an internal struggle between the ego's will and the divine will ~ it is here where we begin to actually notice the inner workings of our ego...we get to "see" it so we can transform it. Control issues begin to diminish as this chakra clears.

SACRAL CHAKRA: (below the navel) As this chakra clears we will be emotional, weepy, teary. We will need to feel the emotions that arise so we can release them ~if we resist them...we hold onto them. Ancient wounds and memories may arise and the feelings that go with them. Sometimes your emotions and feelings will make no sense. Don't try to intellectualize everything as it moves through the layers of your energy fields for final releasement. Allow it to rise, feel it and release it. Sexual difficulties or increased sexual desire may occur. You may also experience a stiff lower back as this chakra opens and expands.

ROOT CHAKRA: (base of the spine) As this chakra clears you may experience FEAR. Distorted, irrational fears will rise to the surface to be transmuted into love. Survival issues, lack of faith, reactive behaviors....all of these will come up for us to "see" what needs to be transcended. You may also experience lower back pain, increased sexual desires and heat in the pelvic region as the kundalini energies begin to rise up the spine. 

The Kundalini is a divine spiral of energy ~ similar to a coiled snake that lays dormant at the base of each persons spine (root chakra) ~ until proper purification has occurred within a beings system for it to safely ascend up the chakra column. The crown chakra connects us to our masculine Father God while the root chakra connects us to our Feminine Mother Goddess or Mother Earth. If the kundalini is able to move through each chakra without encountering any blocks it will move up to the crown chakra opening a pathway for each persons God self to descend into their physical body. Kundalini is Creator energy. It is our divine birthright to activate this part of ourselves so we can become peaceful, loving, balanced, co-creators here on Earth. When our system is properly prepared, the descension of our God Self washes over the seven chakras ~ breaking the seven seals ~ activating the creation of our divine luminous light body. This prepares us to move forward into Self-Mastery where we have the POTENTIAL to fully activate and embody our Holy Grail becoming a Divine Enlightened Human.

Through meditation, visualization, purification, and intention the kundalini will rise in PERFECT DIVINE TIMING for each individual creating their own rainbow bridge of light into the higher realms of awareness and en-lighten-ment. This process is a journey and does require personal commitment, dedication, desire and strong intention to heal. However, this process should not be forced. The raising of energy from the root chakra all the way up the spine to the crown chakra requires patience, trust, faith and self-purification. Divine energy will rise at exactly the right time for each souls journey. Your focused attention on meditation and the clearing of your chakras and energy fields will activate your kundalini to rise when your system has been adequately prepared. Please do not use ego will to force this process.

The Caduceus

Even the symbol for Medicine is a Caduceus which is a rod entwined with two serpents (DNA) in the form of a double helix. The rod represents the chakra system that runs along the spine and the double helix or snakes represent the kundalini energy rising up through each chakra opening us up to our God self which will activate our dormant strands of DNA. The Caduceus is a symbol for good health and when our chakras are open and functioning properly and our dormant strands of DNA activated our flow of Spirit (life force energy) will be greatly enhanced. When this occurs our physical bodies will naturally return to a place of health and balance, we will become mentally clear, our emotions will have less control over us and our connection to our God Self and Spirit will be strengthened.

Everything has been set in motion and it is a privilege for us to be incarnated at this time to witness the fall of the old programming and paradigms that no longer serve humanity’s highest good. We are birthing a new world, however, before we can manifest a Golden Age we must first go through a cleansing phase and release all of the inner negativity, fear, old beliefs, old behavioral patterns and systems that can not reside in the higher vibrating energy of a new higher dimensional Earth. Death and rebirth are natural cycles of change. We must first die to our old ways of being before we are able to birth a new way of being within ourselves. Humanity and the Earth must go through their own personal cleansing and releasing of all discordant energies. Natural disasters are the Earth’s way of throwing off the negative energy humanity has accumulated within the Earth’s atmosphere (aura). She must also free herself of the lower vibrating energies humankind has created within the Earth's aura so our arrival into the higher dimensions of the new Earth will be successful.


We are in the process of labor and delivery and there is always chaos before the birth of our magnificence. Each of us must set our intentions to be pro-active in our awakening process. We are spiritual beings having a human experience! In order to make it through this transformation with ease and grace we must connect up to our God Selves and bring our true spiritual essences down into our physical beings. We must bring our spiritual selves down into our bodies so the veils of amnesia can be removed from our consciousness. Once the veila are lifted, illusions will be exposed and the truth of ourselves will be revealed. We must awaken to who we truly are and begin to live from our higher truth and not from the illusions of our egos. Being spiritual is not something we become; it is who we truly are at the highest levels of our beings. It is time for us to claim our sovereignty! We are divine, eternal spiritual beings….individuated, unique pieces of God energy and we must do everything we can to reunite with these higher aspects of ourselves!

Your vibration is your personal energy frequency. It is a culmination of every life you have ever lived, every thought you have ever had and every action you have ever performed. It is the energy that surrounds and permeates every cell in your body. Your vibration is your divine signature, your soul essence, and it is special only to you. Just as there are no two snowflakes alike, no two souls in the entire universe have the same name or “soul signature”. That’s how incredibly unique and special you are. Your vibration is a direct reflection of your inner thoughts, feelings, beliefs, choice of words, how well you take care of yourself, the Earth and others. The higher your vibration the more light you hold, the faster your light particles vibrate, the higher your consciousness and the stronger you are connected to your soul and God self. 

When your vibration is low, your light particles are vibrating slowly and become condensed. Your energy literally feels heavy because you are not in alignment with your soul or divine self and are mostly operating from your lower self or ego. Distorted beliefs, fear, anger, resentment, blame, guilt, jealousy, judgment, shame, addiction, unforgiveness, conditional love, lack of self worth, greed, separation consciousness and poor health keep you in very dense low vibrating energy. When you are a high vibrational being you recognize your divinity and the divinity within others. You are in alignment with your soul, which is nourished by spirit, you are vibrantly healthy and your life flows with ease and grace. 

Although we identify ourselves with our physical body we are actually energy or light beings. EVERYTHING IS ENERGY. Every thought, word, feeling and thing is energy….everything! Things that appear to be solid are actually very tightly compacted energy particles creating a shape, form or physical matter. Our physical body, that part of us that is not eternal, is surrounded by our eternal divine essence consisting of our emotional, mental and spiritual energetic layers. We are much more than our physical body; we are actually multidimensional, energetic, spiritual beings having a physical human experience. It is important for us to bring into our awareness the many layers of our energetic body. This is the key to our self-empowerment. When it is brought into our awareness, our soul will begin to integrate all of the layers of ourselves bringing us into a state of wholeness. Each of us needs to become aware of who we really are and reclaim all of our energy.

When we become aware of our energetic bodies and set our intention to heal, balance and activate them, we have the potential to raise our vibration to such a point that each layer of our energetic body will unify and activate the creation of our “light body”. When this occurs we have reached a very high vibrational state where our spiritual self or God self is able to merge with our physical body. This cannot occur until we have raised our vibration high enough for divine union to occur. This is the moment of en-lighten-ment and the return to one’s true spiritual essence and identity. Once this occurs, we will never be the same and we will be propelled forward beginning a new more evolved journey into self-mastery and the development of our Christ Consciousness. This is the true meaning of being “reborn”. We reincarnate ourselves while in a physical body. Being reborn is a physical, energetic, blissful experience. Being reborn is not a mental concept, a belief or a desire to be a better person. It is an incredible experience where every cell in our body is flooded with light, all of our energetic fields and chakras are cleared, energetic blocks and karma is released, dormant strands of DNA are activated, our spiritual gifts are returned and our consciousness is expanded. Being reborn is when our divine essence or God self merges with our physical body and we experience complete oneness with God and all beings. We experience our true nature, the truth of our being, which will catapult us into a new journey of self-transcendence. This is divine plan for everyone to eventually reach this state of divine union helping us to bring Heaven (Spirit) here down on Earth (Matter).
We are in the process of planetary ascension and everyone choosing to stay on this planet will raise their vibration high enough to anchor in their Spiritual self or God self. Each of us are being asked to surrender to this process allowing ourselves to be “reborn” shedding the illusions of the ego and shining light on our shadow consciousness so we can bring all of our disowned rejected parts of ourselves into wholeness. Although our spiritual self is never separated from us it does reside in a higher vibrating dimension, several feet above our head, called the spiritual realm. The Creator has given us free will and it must be our choice to choose to climb the mountain of self in order to access and activate our divine birthright of God realization. This is divine plan and bringing our higher vibrating, loving, true selves down into our physical body is how we will heal the planet. Expecting someone or something outside of ourselves to save us is disempowering and will not get us anywhere. No one is going to save us; we have to save ourselves. We have to heal ourselves and we have to heal the planet. We have to take personal responsibility for our own vibration and salvation. We cannot give our power away anymore to the churches, the governments, the healthcare system or the financial system. Your power to change resides in yourself. You must commit to your own soul growth and spiritual development and shift your focus from trying to accomplish “things” to devotion and connection with your God self. 

The mass consciousness of the planet is being bathed in high vibrational photon energy emitted from the galactic center, sun and stars. This energy is shaking our foundation, penetrating every cell in our bodies and triggering our DNA codes awakening us to our true magnificence. This very high vibrational light energy is a gift from God encouraging us to transform our denseness. Unfortunately, many people are so engulfed in the physical illusion and are vibrating at such a low rate; they are having a hard time adjusting to these higher vibrational frequencies. They are unaware of what is happening and are resisting the process of transformation and change doing everything they can to avoid the inner work necessary to raise their vibration. Anxiety, chaos, drama, war, confusion, anger, stress, rage and erratic behavior are all symptomatic of humanity’s resistance to receiving this divine light. The chaos of the world is a reflection of our own inner chaos. It’s not that we have more darkness on the planet, it’s that we have more light permeating the planet forcing the darkness within each of us to rise to the surface to be healed, transmuted and released. Each of us are going through a period of spiritual detox and investing in our spiritual self and making a conscious decision to actively participate in the raising of our own personal vibration will assist us in moving through this time period with ease and grace. Where we focus our energy is precious! If we focus our energy on spiritual development and emotional clearing we will rise in vibration and expand our consciousness. After all, it is our state of consciousness that creates our world. Expanding our consciousness goes hand and hand with raising our vibration and it needs to be our top priority if we want to enter into the Golden Age. There are many ways to raise our vibration. The most important thing we can do right now is state our intention.

People are just beginning to awaken to the fact that they need to be proactive in their trnanformation and awakening process. This is happening in large groups of people one wave at a time. If it did not happen in stages, our planet would be total upheavel because spiritual transformation can be very challenging and disruptive. The first and second waves of people who are focusing on spirituality instead of materiality have already occurred and those beings are helping to awaken those in the third and fourth waves. Due to free will, there are also some beings who are choosing not to transform themselves at all, so there will be many divisions of people all across the planet. Although this blog will discuss countless ways for you to raise your vibration, stating your intention EVERYDAY, shifting your thoughts and beliefs, getting in touch with your feelings, releasing toxic emotions, purifying the ego, overcoming shadow consciousness, as well as, daily MEDITATION are the most important things you can do.

We live in a time of accelerated change and transformation. There are many names for this time period. Some call it: The Great Awakening, The Rebirth, The New Earth, The Second Coming, The Golden Age, The End Times, The New Millennium, The Age of Aquarius, The Return of Christ, The Rapture, The Apocalypse, Armageddon, The Quickening or Planetary Ascension. Regardless of what you call it, it is happening and it is happening now. We are entering the most intensified purification process the Earth and humanity has ever experienced. Our world has the potential for radical transformation. 

According to many legends, writings and prophecies - 2012 was a year of extraordinary importance. It is believed that the Mayan calendar ended on December 21, 2012 with the Earth aligned in the center, or galactic heart, of the Milky Way. This is a cyclic event that occurs every 26,000 years as the Earth completes a full revolution around the sun. In 13,000-year cycles the Earth spends 11,000 years - in the darkness of separation and duality- outside the light of the photon band. The photon band is a band of high vibrational intensified light that comes from the great central sun. Currently, the Earth is moving into a 2000-year period of transformational energies moving inside the photon band where humanity’s next level of advancement is offered. While we are in the photon band, encodings activating our memory and DNA are sent through the rays of the sun encouraging us to spiritually evolve going beyond our current state of consciousness to a more enlightened state of being. For the past 11,000 years we have been outside the photon belt in the dark ages immersed in the negativity of polarity and duality. Currently, we are in the photon belt, entering a 2,000- year cycle of en-lighten-ment receiving the transformational and transmutational energies of the Christ. 

The return of Christ is the return of our Christ Consciousness, which is activated by the photon belt. The photon belt is the radiation and eminence of the Christ energy, which assists in the awakening of humanity and ushers in the era of peace if human kind will utilize this energy to transform themselves. This is the time of separating the wheat from the chaff. Humanity at this time has a choice to remain just as they are refusing to grow and expand their current level of being or we can choose to actively participate in our soul’s transformational process fully accepting and integrating the incoming energies of the Christ Consciousness. This is a personal choice where we choose through our own free will to no longer experience the negativity of 3rd dimensional darkness and choose to transform the density of our being into a light being where we put on our garments of light ascending into the higher vibrations of full consciousness, unity consciousness, unconditional love, peace, joy, harmony, spiritual abundance, health and healing.                                                                                        
The divine plan is unfolding and the Earth and all beings, who choose, are rising in vibration and accepting the transformational energies of the Christ. This process has nothing to do with religion! It has everything to do with the level of our frequency or vibration and our desire to transform our current level of beings into more light filled ones. The Christed energies of the photon belt will dismantle the existing 3^rd dimensional structures and organizations residing in the lower vibrations of fear, control, separation and the human ego creating space for something new and more divinely aligned to be created. Humans are part of the Earth and because the Earth is moving into the very high vibrational light of the photon belt, we also must rise in vibration and begin our own process of cleansing, releasing and healing. Your soul and spiritual self are urging you to shake off your old distorted beliefs and lack of knowledge from the dark ages. It is time to step into the light of knowledge seeking en-lighten-ment removing the layers of illusion based on fear and separation releasing everything that no longer serves your highest good. It is time for you to AWAKEN and to remember who you are and why you are here allowing yourself to fully embody the power of your very own Christ Consciousness. Each of us are divinely guided by a higher intelligence, if you are reading this blog your God self has led you here. It is time for you to awaken and to break the chains that have held you down. It is time for you to raise your vibration and become an active conscious participant in the creation of your solar bodies so you can eventually reside within the beauty of the New Earth.
