BRINGING IN THE LIGHT MEDITATION

I have been doing this same meditation for 6 years. I do this one first, and then I focus on my chakras, but "Bringing In The Light" is the only one you need to do. The more you meditate and visualize....the easier it will become.

Meditation and Visualization are powerful tools for healing and transformation! Creation is a thought in the mind of God. We are made in the image and likeness of God, therefore, we have the same creative powers as God. We must continue focusing on what we want to create in our lives! That’s why visualization is so important because it trains our mind to take our thoughts and put them into words and pictures. When we think about something, see it in our minds eye (visualize it) and allow ourselves to believe and feel it is occurring we create exactly what we are focused on. That’s how powerful we are! Visualization is real, do not let the ego mind trick you into believing this is fantasy.

BRINGING IN THE LIGHT (GOLD or WHITE LIGHT)

(10 MINUTE BEGINNERS MEDITATION)

Find a quiet place. Sit under a tree, lie on your bed or sit in your car. Make sure your spine is straight. It doesn’t matter where you are the light is always with you.

Close your eyes and ask God to surround you with his love and healing light. See your self surrounded and immersed in a bubble of white light.

Slowly take a minimum of TEN deep breaths filling your lungs to capacity and HOLD until you need to exhale. Deep breathing helps you enter into an altered state of consciousness and helps you relax. Deep breathing is very important and is an essential component to helping you connect to your soul getting the most out of your meditations.

Visualize a gold or white ball of light above your head. This is where your God self resides! Do not allow yourself to get hung up on the specifics of visualization. Whatever you visualize is what is right for you.

State your intention OUT LOUD:

“I ASK AND INTEND TO CONNECT WITH MY GOD SELF AND RECEIVE THE PRESENCE OF GODS HEALING LIGHT.”

See the light of your God self entering and filling the top of your head, moving down your face, neck, shoulders, arms, heart, stomach, pelvis, legs and out your feet into the Earth.

Observe yourself filled with Gods light and bask in it for as long as you like. Focus on the light, releasing all thoughts. Allow yourself to just “BE”. The longer you allow yourself to meditate the more relaxed you will become and the more likely you will be able to access a very positive mental state of Alpha and Theta brainwaves.

If you have areas in your physical body that need additional healing, you can focus your consciousness in that area filling it with additional light intending it to be healed.

When you are ready, give thanks to God for sharing his/her love and healing light.

Commit yourself to doing this meditation EVERYDAY. This meditation does not have to take a lot of time. I recommend 10-15 minutes a day to begin with. Everyone can find ten minutes out of their day to commune with their God self. Don’t let your ego make excuses! Like everything, visualization and meditation takes time to get use to. Obviously, the longer you stay in a meditation the greater the results. Make the decision to do this meditation everyday for one month. By the end of the month, it will not require as much focus and it will begin to come naturally. You will actually look forward to your quite time with your Spirit. You will also begin to notice subtle changes in your moods, emotions, ability to concentrate, reasoning skills and an overall since of inner peace.

In the beginning you may have thoughts racing through your mind, you may doubt or question the process. You may think this is silly, abnormal and a waste of your time and you may run into fear because you have never done this before. You may even think you are doing something wrong! This is completely normal. Don’t focus on it, allow these thoughts to surface and release them. Your egoic mind will try to tell you this is a waste of time because it knows meditation will bring your Spirit and ego into balance and your ego does not want to give up control! You cannot do anything wrong when you begin to meditate. Whatever occurs is suppose to occur and is part of you surrendering to your God Self and relinquishing your ego.

It takes time to train the mind to sit in silence. After your 10 minute meditation you can practice 3 minute fast-fix meditations throughout your day to keep you balanced and centered. The more you put into it the more you will get out of it. Your fast-fix meditations can bring in the light while sitting in the doctors office, waiting for the kids in the car pick up line, on your lunch break, before you get out of bed in the morning, during TV commercials, before you go to bed at night or when you have fallen off center due to some sort of upset. It doesn’t matter where you do it - just do it.

QUESTION: In the Bible they speak of the 7 seals that will be opened by the Angels and that you will hear a trumpet which one of the Angels will play. There after, is suppose to be the 2nd coming of Christ. Does this relate to the rising of the kundalini and the 12 strands of DNA?

ANSWER: Yes! The Bible is symbolic with it's messages.There is an angel guardian (higher aspect of your SELF) over each chakra. There are seven main physical chakras with seals or veils over them that need to removed so more divine energy can flow through them which will open and activate our higher/spiritual chakras (8-12) so we can return to our TRUTH as divine beings.

As each chakra opens (which is shaped like a trumpet) a trumpet is blown and energy moves up to the next chakra to be opened. Each chakra holds a strand of DNA (whether it be physical or etheric in nature)...eventually, all 12 chakras/strands of DNA/angels or guardians merge with you and you become ONE. Your chakra system becomes unified and you are no longer separated from your SELVES. This is the return of the Christ Consciousness....ONENESS ~ which is also represented symbolically as the 12 apostles of Christ. The 12 apostles are actually representations of the 12 root races that seeded this planet with our DNA potential. We too, just like Jesus have our own 12 apostle council we can awaken ourselves to and become ONE, no longer separated by the duality of our energy. We greet you as the Cosmic Council of Divine Light - a collective on a divine appointment to assist humanity during this wondrous and rapturous time known as the Grand Ascension ~ The Great Shift in Consciousness.

Our Collective includes some names you are familiar with ~ Archangel Michael, Reshel and Metatron (feminine and masculine aspects of the Universal Architect), and legions more than you have ever heard of. Even the names mentioned here give only an iota of an inkling of the powers that reside within these names known thus in recent human history.

The energies of 2012 continue to accelerate - a time of exponentially increasing frequencies of love and light.

It is to this grand stance that we have now come.  It is the time of the seeds of the light codes on your very precious, gifted, and endowed planet to begin to manifest their gifts. To awaken. To sprout.

You know that seeds of the plant kingdom on your planet remain dormant  until such time as conditions are right for them to sprout - rather it be the manifesting of a tomato, a head of lettuce,  a coconut, etc.  

Each seed has its own intelligence and codes and is connected to light grids of its species to "come to life" at the right time and space for its own awakening. Gardeners know it is not just external things such as temperature that effect the time of sprouting. Even living plant seeds within an artificial environment such as a refrigerator - cut off from cues of sun rays and daylight hours - will begin to grow at the right season for their life cycle. This activation phenomenon shows that the plants are connected to a higher informational energetic grid that is beyond the 3D observable physical reality.

Similarly, it is for you, Dear Humans of the Cosmic Family of Loving Light.  Many of you carry the seeds of the new divine and golden age within the complex of your energetic grids and bodies. Most of you have not remembered that you carry these light code seeds within you. Yet the divine intelligence that governs these codes knows full well when the time is ripe - the awakening time to release and unleash the cosmic power of manifestation that is held within these cosmic light code seed forms that you carry.

While some incarnated with the light codes embedded in their system, others are downloading these codes from the power portals of the planet, or are receiving them from their light guides during meditation transmission sessions - in waking or sleep states. Some are receiving them from the light grids directly. 

The name of these seeds is The Light Codes of Cosmic Consciousness.

Just as plant kingdom seeds are connected to their energetic information grid, so the light code seeds within you are connected to the divine intelligence of the cosmic and galactic grids.  They have the innate intelligence to awaken and develop at the right time in the right place.

The earth and all her inhabitants have gone through the Great Cleansing the past few years.  We do not have to tell YOU that! You have felt and experienced the deep cleansing in the very depths of your souls - as well as in the depth of your cells. Ditto in your minds, hearts and bodies as you continue to shake off the older historical denser energies of the 3D experience - just as a dog shakes off the water after getting wet.

Mother Earth now is experiencing her great cleanse as waves after waves of cleansing energies rush through her weather patterns, pushing accumulated karmic debris out of the way and into the oceans and the air where it can be aerated and cleansed by the divinely-appointed organisms that live there just for that purpose.

The force of the wind assists in churning and swirling old energetic holding patterns - bringing newness upon the land and the peoples.

We remind you that you have the free will to accept these shifts of the grand plan (even though they are experienced traumatically for many on earth right now) or you can choose to grow and adapt to all the changes and adjust to the new energies (recommended by us).

Among you who have chosen to shift are the carriers of the new codes of light to assist humanity and the earth to align with the new frequencies, rays and energies that are coming onto the earth plane as we speak.

These Codes of Light are multidimensional quantum geometrical energetic patterns of irradiating seeding cosmic intention.  These codes are propelled with living light and made of cosmic substances capable of galactic interweaving.  

They adapt to changing conditions which holds the structure and form to manifest the new vision for your planet.

They vary in their structure, form and activity in keeping with their unique intention and purpose.

HOW YOU COME TO HOLD LIGHT CODES

Many of you carry light codes in the centers of your spiritual DNA strands which were implanted long ago before your embodiment. Some of these codes have been held in abeyance through their dormancy periods embedded in some humans' DNA - just as some seeds can remain dormant on your planet for hundreds and thousands of years until conditions are ripe for their sprouting.

Other codes are being released, and have been being released for several years through the portals of sacred sites - which serve as inter-dimensional and galactic doorways. Many have been guided to visit sacred sites and perform rituals that activate the receptors within you to receive the implantation of these divine Codes of Light.  

Still others are being downloaded with codes directly from the crystalline and other grids.  

Some are receiving the codes through connections to cosmic beings of light and love - such as angels, ascended masters, galactic light workers, etc.

Some will receive codes from reading these intentionally empowered words.

It is the time now of the activation of these light codes of cosmic consciousness from various sources.

WHAT DO THE COSMIC LIGHT CODES CONTAIN?

These light codes carry the mathematical matrices of the new beginning - the seed forms of new thoughts that will both bridge the old reality to the new, and also create hitherto unknown and exciting new reality structures as the shift unfolds and develops.

  

Some light codes weave the far reaches of the galaxies together in vast infinity loops with your own galaxy, solar system and earth and human consciousness. Thought forms are encoded in geometrical configurations - some of which are known on earth as the structures defined in sacred geometry. 

Other light codes are coming in through the galactic star gate portals that are quantum multidimensional.  That means they carry intentions that will initiate, activate and enhance humanity's emerging elevation in consciousness. 

Humans who carry these codes are usually not known even to themselves. 

Some codes are implanted at the soul contract level before incarnation. As each soul is preparing for their early round of incarnations, they agree to carry codes into that reality. These seed light codes await the right time and circumstances to spring into new life, to activate - just as your plant seeds sprout when the seasons and conditions are right.

The newly sprouting light codes on this earth plane are timed to accelerate their sprouting process in the season of the 2012 phenomenon as galactic conditions ripen and the energetic doorways open. 

It is in 2012 that the energetic shift of the ages will enable the conditions to nurture the new realities that these thought and energetic seeds light codes carry.

WHAT ARE LIGHT CODES?

Light code seeds are finely compacted and interwoven geometrical complexities that interweave the energetic matrices of different realities and dimensions.  Each thought form seed crystal light code has a different message and a different set of connections for different realities. 

Indigenous traditions talk of Grandmother Spider weaving the loom of creation. Similarly, some light code’s purpose is to weave information and knowledge from different corners of the universe - from different galaxies - thus creating new and enticing patterns of light, sound, and manifestation.

The connection of the galactic grids to the crystalline grid of planet earth happened on Jan 4, 2010.

To understand this better, think of each thought form seed crystal as an appliance. Until the appliance is taken off the shelf, plugged in, and started, it is not yet functioning nor manifesting its potential -  rather it be to wash your clothes, or blend up your dinner. But when intentional purpose takes the appliance, plugs it into a power switch - pushed the START ON button, the appliance activates its intentioned abilities.

Think now, Dear Startlings that you are about ready to plug in these code appliances that you have had sitting in your quantum DNA repository.  You are taking them out of storage, plugging them into power (the new energetics on the planet - including the increasing photon band power and crystalline grid matrices), and are poised to push the START buttons. Isn't this grandly exciting?  We think so!

A FEW EMERGING CAPABILITIES OF THE LIGHT CODES OF COSMIC CONSCIOUSNESS

1. Time-space travel collapse. This is the ability to realize and eventually to be in all times and places of your choosing simultaneously.

2. Cellular consciousness conversations - wherein you speak directly and lovingly to the cells of your body as to what tasks you would like them to perform - whether healing, regeneration, repelling disease, connecting to other consciousnesses, morphing your form - on and beyond earth.

3.  The ability to readily contact other forms of consciousness easily and with clarity and understanding - from rocks to angelic, galactic and divine realities.

4.  The ability to pull in information from other galaxies and to understand other realities while living in 3D and multi-dimensional consciousness. 

5.  The ability to extract wisdom and strategies from other realities and other galaxies and to apply and fit this knowledge into the earth system.

LIGHT CODE MISCELLANY

Additional light codes are being created. There is not a static number.

Light codes are light switches that can turn on and activate dormant DNA.

Light codes can connect human DNA to galactic sources of information. 

Light codes weave incoming new galactic DNA into the planetary system.

Light codes exist in human spiritual DNA - elusive filaments of light cross-dimensionally.

Light codes can be implanted by higher frequency beings. There is a parallel with the Reiki initiation process wherein a being receives the symbols or light configurations that are capable of manifesting intentioned results upon using the symbols.

Light Codes can be transferred. Sacred ceremonies ritualized this transference process. Then can also transfer in meditation, healing, and various intentional inter-connections between carriers and recipients.

MAKING YOURSELF READY TO RECEIVE AND TRANSMIT LIGHT CODES

Creation is contained within form and structure. These sacred Codes of Light contain the geometrical seed patterns that will grow and multiply as they activate and begin to grow and multiply within human consciousness in 2012.

Prior to 2012,  Light Codes have been seeded onto the planet through beings who have made themselves ready by going through the purification process of releasing old energies of the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies.

Just as in cleaning any house, when old things are taken out, there is now room to receive new things aligned with the new purpose.

So it is with our precious human beings, Beloveds.  Continue your sacred task of emptying out old debris from your four body systems. Continue doing the diet and cleansing routines to eliminate toxins from your physical bodies. Improve your nutrition - which will adjust as you go through frequency modulations. Continue taking courses and studying to release old energies from your emotional bodies and your mental thinking processes.  Continue to learn and practice higher spiritual awarenesses.  Practice and continue on this pathway of unburdening these older denser and toxic energies. Practice being connected and grounded with Mother Earth while you go through this shifting process.

In this way, you can receive more of the newer light energies and more of the incredible divine grace that is transmitted through the new Lights Codes of Cosmic Consciousness.

2012 is going to see an incredible blossoming and unfolding of newer higher frequency vibrational events.  You will not believe now how far you will travel in the next year.

Christ Consciousness ~ The Holy Grail Is Found Within!

The return of Christ is the return of our 12 Chakra Christ Consciousness ~ 12 helix system ~ the activation of our 12 strands of DNA. 

The dormant strands of DNA ~ what scientist call JUNK DNA ~ is actually our spiritual DNA, and it is being activated and returned to us NOW. 

The first part of returning yourself to your divine birthright of your own Christ Consciousness is to first recognize that you are more than your physical being....you must first understand that you are divine eternal SPIRIT! Once you understand you were made from the energy of LOVE and you are LOVE ~ you will also be able to recognize that everyone else is also made from LOVE.... regardless of the perceived distortions and illusions we have all created for ourselves in this dimension of duality. The recognition of LOVE...of our own DIVINE UNITY catapults us into receiving greater LIGHT. 

The next step is to use this LIGHT and greater awareness to purify, open and align the 7 main physical chakras so the higher vibrational energies of our Christ Self can safely descend into our 7 chakra bodily system breaking the seven seals that have been placed over the main physical body chakras for many, many lifetimes......that have kept us from reaching our highest soul's potential. 

The physical body (temple of the grail) and the emotional and mental bodies (SOUL) must be prepared and purified before the soul body can be infused with the Holy Spirit/Christ Self. Each of our Seven Chakras (Seven Seals) must be cleared, aligned and balanced before the activation of the Christ Consciousness can occur. The seven seals represent the seven levels of man's development and what we must transform and purify so we can activate our Christ Consciousness and step into our LIGHT BODY. It takes effort to put on our garments of LIGHT! We must climb the mountain of self ~ Rise to the Mount of Spirit for our own personal transfiguration to occur.....and this climb begins with the purification of the distorted consciousness contained within our seven chakra system.

Many of us are going through a deep emotional purging NOW. We are transfiguring ourselves! We are turning our darkness into Light ~ our coal into gold....this is a process of alchemy! Whatever we have stored in our chakras ~ that is not of the LIGHT/TRUTH ~ is coming up for us to process through so we can release it. A lot of these distortions are "lessons", karma, off pitched vibrations... we have not learned in the past, so they are all coming up very rapidly for us to see and transcend in this NOW moment. We can not take these distortions with us into the new energy of the new Earth....whatever comes up for you ~ observe it, feel it and allow it to flow through you so you can release it.

Distorted Programs In Our Consciousness Need To Be Re-Written or Deleted

It is our consciousness that creates our reality.

Our consciousness is our complete energetic bio-computer system that holds every thought, action, deed, feeling, emotion, belief and every word we have ever spoken throughout our entire soul's journey.

Whatever has happened to us in the past ~ or is happening to us now ~ is happening because our consciousness is running through all the old programs we have created within it, controlling the game that we currently call our life.

If we are not happy with our life, and the programs that are currently running, we will need to spend some time with our computer system, and begin to delete the programs that no longer work for us ~ so we can create new programs that are more aligned with what we truly want.

One of the best ways to do this is to "look at the patterns" of creation that continue to recreate themselves over and over again in our lives. "What are the patterns....what do I continue to draw into my life that keeps happening over and over?"

Once the pattern is recognized we can then ask ourselves: "How does this same re-curring event make me "FEEL"?" The FEELING will help us recognize what it is within us that needs to be addressed so we can release it, learn our lesson, and retrieve the gift of soul transcendence.

In addition, the patterns and feelings also create BELIEFS....so once the patterns and feelings are addressed and released ~ the distorted beliefs will leave as well.

3 things to be observant of in our lives.....PATTERNS, FEELINGS and BELIEFS. These are three things running the majority of the programs in our energetic bio-computer system. Whatever does not serve us, at this point on our journey, needs to be DELETED from the soul's energy. The only way to delete a program is to first recognize, discover and acknowledge that it is there so it can be re-programmed with the LIGHT of our higher wisdom. ~ Sabrina

Thymus Tap ~ High Heart ~ Ascension

At this time on our planet the pathways within the human heart are opening and expanding. Three of the major chambers are located at the bottom (self love), middle (human to human experiences/duality) and top (soul and higher self) of the heart. The top of the heart is the thymus that connects to the endocrine system ~ it is very important for ascension. The thymus activates and opens the hypothalamus, pineal, pituitary glands and the middle and bottom portions of the heart. As the heart expands we open ourselves up to experience unconditional love. Unconditional Love is an unlimited way of being for ourselves and others where we release judgment (no right or wrong) ~ stepping into allowance for everyone's free will choice to experience life however they choose.....whether it be through a positive or negative experience understanding that both dark and light experiences have value in our souls growth.

Unconditional love for self requires us to listen to our heart. Our heart speaks to us through our feelings. When we listen to our souls song and not the mind chatter of the ego (should, could, what if???) we naturally make the highest choices for ourselves by choosing light filled, expansive opportunities for ourselves ~while we lovingly let go of the rest.

Along with your daily spiritual practice of meditation and self awareness the THYMUS TAP exercise is a great way to assist in the opening of your high heart. The thymus is located about three inches below your throat. Oftentimes in pictures of Jesus, he is pointing to the area of the thymus gland showing us where to focus for salvation and ascension.

THYMUS TAP EXERCISE: State your intention first.
" I ask and intend for my sacred heart to be opened and activated for my highest and best good."

Throughout the day, whenever you think about it, simply tap the thymus gland area. You can also state mantras while you tap the thymus, especially if you have slipped out of alignment with your higher wisdom and are experiencing the negative mind chatter of the lower self.

Question about The Creator and Jesus

Sabrina, I am ever so confused as to why you refer to God as being God and the creator, and quoting Jesus and God. Now, not being a believer of god and Jesus Christ, and I believe neither are you; why are these references here and are we being asked to respond 'to "Jesus clearly states, “The Kingdom of God is within you!”' Are you asking us as readers to believe in Jesus and that he existed as the son of God on our earth, or you asking us to believe that he existed as a person who believes there is a creator of the universe, & that creator was his father, who is not a real person like him, and who did not live on earth? I am really confused why these references like 'God' 'Christ' are used by you when they are biblical terms.I am sure there is a reason & am just not getting it, so maybe I need to be enlightend, to allow me to continue without these terms confusing me.

There are many names you can use for God....some people may use Allah, OM, Universe, The Great One, Heavenly Father, Lord, Alpha and Omega etc....all of these names lead to the same omnipresent energy of Creation.


In my book ~ I say God or The Creator interchangeably as they are the same thing. For me God worked better in some sentences and the Creator sounded better in other sentences. Sorry if it confused you.


You are right, I am not a believer of God or Jesus Christ. I KNOW them personally. It is a relationship I have....it is a knowingness ~ a energy that runs through me that I have awakened myself to. All beings have the same potential to awaken to this awareness of the Christ and God Within.  All of my work whether it be on my blog, on my facebook page, in my healing sessions etc.....is to help people move beyond the belief in God so they can have a  DIRECT EXPERIENCE of God. Once this occurs, you will know and experience truth, you will remember who you are.


Yes, the Kingdom of God is within you. You are a spiritual being having a human experience ~ you think you are just human but you are actually a vast multidimensional being. Each one of us are an extension of God....a divine spark and we are always connected to God ~ never separated. It is our belief in separation from God that keeps us stuck in the illusion of separation and creates all the pain and suffering on the planet. We could not be alive if we were separated from God because it is God's energy that is in every living thing......everything is an aspect of God. The air you breathe, the water you drink, the animals, family, friends etc....are all extensions of God. We are literally submersed within the energy of God ~ God surrounds us and runs through us. God is everywhere, everything ~ All Knowing.


We are ALL sons and daughters of God. No need to put Jesus or Buddha or anyone else up on a pedestal....Jesus clearly states ~ what he can do we can do and more. Jesus the Christ was an extension of God (just like you and I) who incarnated into a physical body to be an example for humanity. He volunteered to come here to show us the way back to God because humanity, as a whole, had fallen into a very low state of consciousness. The way back to God is an inner path, we must choose for ourselves,  that will activate our hearts. The heart is the seat of the soul. Once the heart is activated, the soul is awakened and our god consciousness is restored.


In Aramaic CHRIST means SOUL. The SOUL (heart) is the bridge to the God mind..... in essence we are little god's. We are gods in amnesia connected to The Creator of All That Is ~ but most of humanity has blocks and barriers within their energy fields that keep them from experiencing this truth. Inner work, meditation, releasing distorted beliefs and releasing our toxic stored emotions in our energy fields helps us to clear away the blocks and barriers (veils of amnesia) that keep our egoic consciousness stuck in separation and duality.


There are three Christ:
1. Jesus the Christ: the man
2. Our own Christ Self (the soul)
3. The Cosmic Christ which is the energy of the photon belt which activates the awakening of the Christ Consciousness within each person who chooses to activate it from their own free will.


The Creator of All That Is / God is ENERGY that lives within and around all living forms ~ God is incarnated here on Earth in all living beings. Basically, we are gods in human form and the Creator experiences itself through us.


It is important for us to not get caught up in 3D terms and to look at everything as multidimensional. When we get sick, there is never just one reason why we get sick. There is an emotional, mental, physical and spiritual reason for every ailment. Likewise we can not put God, Christ, ourselves or anyone else in a nice, neat little box. It is time to start thinking outside the parameters of the box and to see things from a new perspective. It is time for us to awaken to the truth of who we are and that can only occur through dedication to our own inner spiritual work.

Dedication to Your Spiritual Transformation & Meditational Symptoms

We live in a time of accelerated change and transformation. Each of us are divinely guided by a higher intelligence ~ if you are reading this article; your God Self, guides and angels have led you here ~ you are being called to awaken and to break the chains that have held you down. It is time for you to raise your vibration and actively participate in your transformational process. 

Daily meditation brings in the LIGHT of God and this LIGHT will CHANGE you. This light penetrates the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy fields helping us to dislodge stagnant blocked energy that leads to imbalances, disease and a thick veil of ego and shadow illusions. Many of us get in a hurry when we begin to meditate ~ we want to see changes immediately; however, it is important for us to understand that God (Light) comes in gradually. This is GRACE. We are going from a very dense state of being to a very high vibrational LIGHT filled being. Our being will transform from a 3rd dimensional being into a 5th dimensional being. This process requires integration as we can only handle so much LIGHT at one time. We will need to take dominion over our egoic demands of expectation, perfection, control and the desire for things to move rapidly. Surrender to your God Self and know that the God Within and the Creator of All That Is knows exactly what to do. 

As you begin to meditate you will go through a spiritual detox, a deeper level of purification.  This may manifest as physical, emotional, mental or spiritual symptoms. At some point on your journey these symptoms will subside. During this process you will also be "gifted" with moments of extreme clarity, increased synchronicities, inner peace, greater joy, enhanced intuition and a deeper connection with God, the Earth and All Beings. As you bring in more and more light into your being, each chakra will be purified. I want to talk about what you may experience as each chakra opens and releases the distorted energetic blocks held within it.

CROWN CHAKRA: (top of the head) You may experience pressure and headaches as very high vibrational aspects of your being and SPIRIT move into your system. Mild confusion may occur due to old programs, distorted beliefs and thought forms leaving your consciousness. You are expanding and opening up your connection to God. 

SPIRITUAL EYE CHAKRA: (center of eyebrows) You may experience headaches as your multi dimensional sight opens. The third eye is related to the pineal gland in the brain which is often times called the seat of the soul. The pineal gland will open and enlarge and may create pressure. You will also begin to see lights, shapes, symbols, energy forms, codes etc....as it continues to open. Fear may also arise as you begin to tap into truth.

THROAT CHAKRA: (throat area) You may experience burning sensations, sore throat. The need to cough. The throat chakra also connects to the ears. Subtle pain and pressure in the ears. You may also begin to hear high pitched sounds, buzzing, humming. As the throat chakra opens you will begin to speak your truth and sometimes the words you use will not be loving. This is something you must transcend. We need to speak our truth but we have to do it with words of love ~ not through demands, manipulation, frustration or control.

HEART CHAKRA: ( heart ) Depending on the severity of the blockage you may have heart pain. Oftentimes, people will think they are having heart problems when it is really the heart chakra opening. As the heart opens you may experience sadness, grief, depression and shame. Old distorted heart wounds are being released. As they rise up to be released, you will experience the feelings associated with them. You may cry during your meditations...just allow it. This will pass. You may also have heart palpitations as more and more spiritual energies transform you. Your God Self knows what it is doing and will give you downloads of LIGHT in increments your body can handle. Everything is in divine timing once you make the commitment to ascend into the higher realms. Trust your God Self ~ your God self is always in control of your bodily functions. Who does the breathing and the beating of your heart automatically??? Your God Self does....ego thinks it's in control of everything, but its not! Once the heart is fully opened you will be filled with UNCONDITIONAL LOVE from your awakened soul and God Self ~ it is euphoric and worth every minute of the purification you have to go through. 

SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA: (below heart, bottom of ribcage) As this chakra clears you may experience fatigue and digestive disturbances. Your food choices may change.  You may also start to notice your aggressive behaviors and habitual behavioral patterns. These need to be transcended. This is where are power struggles start showing up as we bring to the surface that which needs to be healed. A lot of us go through an angry phase as we tap further and further into the truth of what is actually going on within and on our planet. A large portion of our ego resides here and we often times encounter an internal struggle between the ego's will and the divine will ~ it is here where we begin to actually notice the inner workings of our ego...we get to "see" it so we can transform it. Control issues begin to diminish as this chakra clears.

SACRAL CHAKRA: (below the navel) As this chakra clears we will be emotional, weepy, teary. We will need to feel the emotions that arise so we can release them ~if we resist them...we hold onto them. Ancient wounds and memories may arise and the feelings that go with them. Sometimes your emotions and feelings will make no sense. Don't try to intellectualize everything as it moves through the layers of your energy fields for final releasement. Allow it to rise, feel it and release it. Sexual difficulties or increased sexual desire may occur. You may also experience a stiff lower back as this chakra opens and expands.

ROOT CHAKRA: (base of the spine) As this chakra clears you may experience FEAR. Distorted, irrational fears will rise to the surface to be transmuted into love. Survival issues, lack of faith, reactive behaviors....all of these will come up for us to "see" what needs to be transcended. You may also experience lower back pain, increased sexual desires and heat in the pelvic region as the kundalini energies begin to rise up the spine. 

The Kundalini is a divine spiral of energy ~ similar to a coiled snake that lays dormant at the base of each persons spine (root chakra) ~ until proper purification has occurred within a beings system for it to safely ascend up the chakra column. The crown chakra connects us to our masculine Father God while the root chakra connects us to our Feminine Mother Goddess or Mother Earth. If the kundalini is able to move through each chakra without encountering any blocks it will move up to the crown chakra opening a pathway for each persons God self to descend into their physical body. Kundalini is Creator energy. It is our divine birthright to activate this part of ourselves so we can become peaceful, loving, balanced, co-creators here on Earth. When our system is properly prepared, the descension of our God Self washes over the seven chakras ~ breaking the seven seals ~ activating the creation of our divine luminous light body. This prepares us to move forward into Self-Mastery where we have the POTENTIAL to fully activate and embody our Holy Grail becoming a Divine Enlightened Human.

Through meditation, visualization, purification, and intention the kundalini will rise in PERFECT DIVINE TIMING for each individual creating their own rainbow bridge of light into the higher realms of awareness and en-lighten-ment. This process is a journey and does require personal commitment, dedication, desire and strong intention to heal. However, this process should not be forced. The raising of energy from the root chakra all the way up the spine to the crown chakra requires patience, trust, faith and self-purification. Divine energy will rise at exactly the right time for each souls journey. Your focused attention on meditation and the clearing of your chakras and energy fields will activate your kundalini to rise when your system has been adequately prepared. Please do not use ego will to force this process.

The Caduceus

Even the symbol for Medicine is a Caduceus which is a rod entwined with two serpents (DNA) in the form of a double helix. The rod represents the chakra system that runs along the spine and the double helix or snakes represent the kundalini energy rising up through each chakra opening us up to our God self which will activate our dormant strands of DNA. The Caduceus is a symbol for good health and when our chakras are open and functioning properly and our dormant strands of DNA activated our flow of Spirit (life force energy) will be greatly enhanced. When this occurs our physical bodies will naturally return to a place of health and balance, we will become mentally clear, our emotions will have less control over us and our connection to our God Self and Spirit will be strengthened.
