Symbolism Of Buddha Meditating Under A Tree

Through meditation we can tap into deeper levels of our BEING, which means we will discover more meaning, a deeper level of truth and an endless supply of universal love and healing energies. Everything we have ever been looking for comes from within ourselves.....the ENERGY of joy, abundance, peace, faith, serenity, love, compassion, security, oneness and bliss is inside of us just waiting for us to discover it. As we meditate ~ regardless if we feel anything or not ~ our energetic system is being unclogged from all the blocks we have created throughout our soul's journey. With continued practice and dedication, one day..... one of the tubes to our spiritual self will be cleared enough for us to "feel" the subtle vibrations of our true self. Then another will clear, and another, and another until one day our entire being vibrates with such ecstasy we unify and re-memeber ourselves as the BEING of LOVE that we truly are.

The image and story of Buddha meditating under a tree attaining enlightenment is symbolic of the tubes and channels each human has in their energy system. Once these energetic tubes and channels are cleaned out we will have a direct experience of God, and we will be re-connected to our Spiritual or God Self, and to the Earth, where we will reach a state of satori or enlightenment. The human body is the tree trunk that has roots (energetic tubes and channels) that connect us to the Earth and we have tree branches (energetic tubes and channels) from the upper portion of our body that connect us to our God Self. Although we have never been separated or cut off from Mother (Earth) and Father (God).....our tubes and channels have been clogged up with energetic distortions making us feel like we have been separated.....these are the veils of pain we are clearing now. The veil is being lifted.

Now more than ever, a 10- 15 minute daily meditation of stillness and silence....visualizing the light of God coming from the heavens in through your crown chakra OR divine light from the Earth coming up into your feet ~ filling your entire body with healing energy ~ will help you rapidly clean out the energetic distortions in your tubes and channels so you can unveil your true essence. ~ Sabrina

Frustrating Thoughts During Meditation Time

QUESTION: I try to meditate but I cannot seem to stop thoughts popping into my head and it is so frustrating! How can I clear my mind please? Can anyone tell me how to meditate properly pLease? Xx

HTRYV ANSWER: It will take PRACTICE in order to finally get to a place of stillness in your thoughts. At first don't fight them....just let them be there. The ego puts up a big fuss in the beginning because it knows if you keep meditating you will start to tap into your inner/soul wisdom that has been distorted due to ego interference....when you tap into the knowingness of your soul, you will stop listening to the egos demands. Give yourself about 30 days of continued practice. Just 10-15 minutes a day everyday. Some days the mind chatter will be more active than others, don't judge it, just accept it as part of the process that is being brought into balance. Also do slow deep breathing for 5 minutes at the beginning of the meditation and perhaps even get earphones and a potable cd player and listen to spiritual music for meditation (hemi sync or brainwave cd's are great!) or even a guided cd (Ribbon Breath Meditation) to help you get started. Good for you for even attempting meditation....many people don't even get that far....if it were easy we would all be meditating and following the inner guidance of our soul, but the ego is powerful, and will require effort to refine and bring under control. The Importance of Deep Breathing During Meditation

I can not stress enough the importance of deep breathing during meditation. I spend the first 5 minutes of every meditation breathing in light from my god self (above the crown chakra) to the heart chakra and I will hold my breath for a few seconds before I exhale the light and air out of my heart chakra. This exercise always puts me into an altered state and gives my mind something to do the first 5 minutes of meditation helping me to clear thoughts and raise my energetic frequency so I can reach a slower brainwave that will stimulate a deeper level of healing within my being.

Breathing deeply will greatly enhance and deepen your meditations. Here is a great exercise from my book "Raise Your Vibration".

Holy Breath Meditation:

~ Make sure you are hydrated, water is a conductor for spiritual energies.

~ Lie down or sit in a chair with your spine straight.

~ Close your eyes and set your intention to connect with your divine self.
State: "I give myself permission to receive Gods Love, Light and Healing energies." Insert whatever you want....God, Goddess, Allah, Christ, Buddha.

~ Focus your attention several feet above your head.
Take a slow deep breath through your nose visualizing white light entering through the top of your head and moving into the center of your heart. Hold your breath at the heart for a few seconds.

~ When you exhale, push this light out through your heart releasing all sadness, stuck energy, pain, anxiety, insecurity, grief, cords or fear. This light may turn gray as you blow it out from your heart center.

~ Repeat 20 times or as many times as you feel comfortable.

This meditation will help you focus on bringing in large amounts of the “breath of life”. Deep breathing is essential because it connects us to our still point helping us to access the greater part of our being that is fully connected to All-That-Is. Our breath is like the wind cleaning and clearing away old structures, patterns, erroneous beliefs and stagnant energy. The wind and our breath are transformative. Breathing deeply lifts our spirit and moves us into a peaceful state of consciousness. When we do the holy breath meditation we breathe in prana or life force energy assisting us to clear out our cells and revitalize our blood. Deep breathing also raises our vibration, clears our emotional and mental states, reduces blood pressure, helps us reach deeper states of awareness and helps us to relax and connect to our divine self. We are God in form! The idea that we are separate from God is the root of all of our suffering. When you forget this and feel overwhelmed, breathe and remember who you truly are. Deep breathing can help you realign your life with your highest intention.
