There Is Never Just One Reason For A Problem

It is important for us to move from thinking there is only one reason for an issue or dilemma to knowing there are "many" reasons. We are multidimensional, vast, ancient beings.....there is never just one answer or one reason for any problem we may be experiencing in our life. Break everything down into sections:

What is the physical reason I have this problem?
What is the emotional reason I have this problem?
What is the mental reason I have this problem?
What is the soul reason I have this problem?
What is the spiritual reason I have this problem?

If you have an illness for example say a cold....you did not contract it only by being around a person that has a cold. Let's break it down.

~ Physically, you may have been around someone who had a cold, you may have not been eating a balanced diet, you may not have properly been washing your hands, your immune system is in your digestive track so you also may not have had a balanced digestive track which made you more susceptible to hosting the virus.

~ Emotionally, you may have been stressed because you had to much going on and did not set appropriate boundaries ~ you were abusing yourself, upset or fearful which lowered your auric frequency and allowed a virus (alien invader) into your energy field and every cell in your body.

~ Mentally, viruses are attracted to worthiness issues. A virus is an energy form that is attracted to "like" frequencies based on our parallel belief systems. The energy form will be attracted to us through our negative mental projections and attach to us. A virus is a great example of us needing to learn a lesson in how we allow not only a virus to attach to us but also the equivalent of human parasitic energies through our family, friends, co-workers etc....

~ Soulfully, you may not be listening to the guidance from your soul, betraying yourself. What are you in denial about ~ why are you not wanting to see the truth? What is your resistance. Are you not honoring yourself? Are you allowing others to siphon off your soul energy?

~ Spiritually, you may not recognize your connection to the Creator of All That Is. You may still feel like you are separated. This distorted belief will block you from receiving a higher level of spiritual energies from your higher self. Lack of spiritual energies/life force energies will deplete your entire being and lower your vibration to the frequency level of viruses. A daily spiritual practice of meditation will help you maintain a higher vibrational level that will repel anything of a lower vibration from entering and attaching to your energy field.

This technique can be applied to any issue you are having. Everything is energy...everything has an energy form. If you are experiencing grief, depression, sadness, anger, illness, irritation....these are all energy forms that you have attracted into your being as a learning opportunity. Ask them questions, feel them, find out why they are here so you can release the negative charge and release them and not attract them in the future.

The highest vibration we can emit that keeps anything of a lower vibration from entering our field is LOVE. Do your best to make the highest and best choices for yourself that help you stay in a state of LOVE......and when you do find yourself in a negative situation, LOVE yourself through it.

Whatever you visualize is perfect for you. The Creator will show you in your mind a vision that is easy for you and specific for you. You may see gray clouds or gray energy leaving and going up to the Creators light and white sparkles being sent down as healing light or streams of white light that makes the Earth glow. Whatever you see is perfect. You can also write your own commands. Setting your intention, making a command to the Creator and witnessing the healing occur is a very powerful way for you to be pro-active in the healing and transformation of the planet. Marriage as a Soul Contract

Marriage is part of human conditioning, it's not something God created; humanity created it as part of the program and it is an OPTION ~ not something we have to do to evolve, as there are many ways to advance our soul. Having said that, humanity has created marriage as a legal agreement and a "vow" we make to each other... in front of God, and our family and friends. It's a major "Soul Contract" based on love and fear (control). It's one of those dualistic programs we have created that more times than not....doesn't work ~ but certainly teaches us a lot of soul lessons. Once the contract is made it is a wonderful opportunity for us to learn about love, fear, control, sharing, honesty, sexual energy, respect, boundaries, relationships, staying true to ourselves, the balance of giving and receiving, commitment, the creation of offspring and death. However, soul contracts do change and evolve....once we learn specific lessons with another soul, we raise our energetic frequency, we expand our consciousness and move on to more advanced lessons. Other souls in our contracted groups may not want to move forward with us and evolve.....we then have a choice whether we want to stay in the contracted relationship or not. If we choose to move on, and dissolve the contract, then we need to do so with integrity and consideration for all involved so we don't misqualify any energy. Sex with another partner ~ when we are married ~ will create all kinds of misqualified energy, karma and negativity.......it's not for anyones highest good. The marriage should be in the process of being dissolved before we embark on a sacred, physical and energetic exchange with another soul. You also don't have to be "married" to enjoy sex. Sex is not about procreation, sex is about union and experiencing the oneness between two people (regardless of 3D gender) and the divine energy of Spirit that is downloaded during the event of an orgasm.....♥ Spiritual energy is orgasmic. How Do We Heal Illness and Disease?

QUESTION: How do we heal illness +"disease" that we know we are ready to let go of?


How to Raise Your Vibration ANSWER: TRUE healing can be a long and very painful process because we have to address and heal the things within us that created, attracted or manifested the dis-ease in the first place. I highly recommend Barbara Brennen's book called "Light Emerging, A Journey Through Personal Healing" and Louise Hays book "You Can Heal Your Life." I also highly suggest people locate a Master Teacher DNA Theta Healer. They work with your team of guides and the Creator of All That Is to remove the subconscious programs (emotions, beliefs, feelings and trauma held over a very long period of time) that create the energetic blocks and distortions in the energy field that manifest as illness and dis-ease in the physical body. All illness and discord starts in the energy field FIRST and then makes it's way to the physical body and announces itself as pain and illness. A Theta Healer will greatly accelerate our healing journey, BUT we also must be very active participants in the healing process because truth be told ~ no one can heal us but ourselves ~ however, healers will help us access the parts of ourselves that we may be attached to, and even unaware of, that we don't want to let go of. To truly heal, I believe we need a 3 part agreement: SELF (most important aspect), the healer and SPIRIT. Cleansing Night Time Room Spray Recipe

Before I go to sleep at night, I spray the four corners of my room, closets, windows and doors with an essential oil room spray to clear the space and raise the vibrations of my room. As I spray, I will state "All Negativity must leave this space with divine love and grace put in its place" or "OM NAMAH SHIVAYA"...which means God is all there is.

I make my own spray by combining "Heart Song" with my sacred, blessed water I created during the Wesak Full moon in May. "Heart Song" essential oil is a combination of lavender, rosewood, geranium and rose absolute. It smells divine and the lavender helps me sleep. I also spray my sheets.

The next Full Moon would be a perfect time to create your own cleansing room spray. If you can't find "Heart Song" you could use lavender, rose or any other essential oil you feel drawn to use. Create the sacred water by placing a glass container filled with crystals and a teaspoon of sea salt into the sun and moon light for 24 hours. Place your hands over it and bless it asking for Love and Light to infuse the water. After 24 hours, pour the water in a spray bottle and put about 1/4 of the bottle of essential oils into the spray bottle. Shake well. Depending on how big your spray bottle is will determine how much essential oil you need to put in.....create it based on what smells right for you.

Dreams & Cleansing Bed Sheet Procedure

Are you waking up in the morning feeling exhausted? 

So much is going on in our sleep. We are being activated by our ascension team and we are processing through the muck in our subconscious releasing what no longer serves us at an accelerated rate. Some of us are working in the astral realms or are attending schools in the higher dimensions receiving information to bring back to humanity. 

Many people have been talking about stressful dreams. I have one friend who has been going through a long divorce and she had a dream she was taking a shower in a parking lot while everyone watched her. It is so symbolic of the time of transparency, coming out into the open and deciding to finally come clean. 

She had been unhappy in her marriage for quite sometime and had hidden her painful marriage to her family and friends. It has taken her two years, but she is finally in the finalization stages of her divorce and she is stepping into her power and her true enlightened authentic self. This dream is symbolic of her finally washing off the energetic residue of all the pain, secrets, shame, negative emotions and feelings she had stored in her subconscious mind throughout her marriage. 

She woke up and said it was a very stressful dream.....what happens is while we sleep and our subconscious clears we re-experience the fears, emotions and feelings as they are being released. Because of the rapid acceleration that is going on we are clearing a lot of negative energy. Once a week it might be a good idea for you to wash your sheets and linens in baking soda and sea salt to clear off any of the negative energies that may have accumulated in your sheets during your sleep state.

Laundry Detergent (normal amount)
1/2 Cup sea salt
1/2 Cup baking soda
Wash as normal in the laundry machine.
