Images of Angels and Spirit Guides

These were some images I was able to capture on my cell phone during the 11-11-11 Earth Keepers ceremonial gathering in Little Rock Arkansas. I personally ascended in consciousness, and stepped into multi-dimensionality in 2006, and I have been very aware of my guides and angels through my visual sight..... but I have never been able to capture them on film to show to others.

For whatever reason, on the 11-11-11 they were dancing around my room wanting me to take pictures of them.  ....I believe it is because I can share these images with YOU, so you too will know that you also are divinely loved and cared for. Although you may not be able to see your guides, I promise you they are there. They understand everything you are going through, and they are here for your highest and best good.

Ask them to help you!!! State what you need....they can not intervene in your life unless you ask for help ~ they must honor your free will: " I ask for my highest WHITE LIGHT GUIDES to please assist me with _______________.

Sometimes we may not get what we want because there is a lesson to be learned....however, you can certainly ask for guidance and assistance. They will not tell you "what to do"....because you have free will ~ but they will guide you and give you hints as to what would be for your highest and best outcome. Oftentimes, our guidance will come through our THOUGHTS or through visions and sometimes feelings....divine guidance is subtle, soft, sweet, positive....egoic guidance is loud, aggressive, repetitive and negative.

The more you are open to your guides and angels, the more they will be open to you. They will not show themselves to you if you are afraid. As your spiritual eye opens through continued spiritual practice, know that they will take on different shapes and forms. For example, when I first started seeing my guides I would see sparkles, flashes of light, orbs etc.....and the more I developed myself, I began to see my guides and angels as human like "LINE DRAWING" forms that were in white light. They were not solid but you could make their form out based on the line drawings and their eyes were filled with LIGHT. They oftentimes held rods and symbolic instruments while they were adorned with long flowing robes.

Please do not be attached to "images" as everything will be shown to you in a manner that your consciousness can understand.  For example....the images I photographed above display my guides and angels in their sacred geometry forms, but when they were dancing around the room I was able to "see" them as the beautiful long flowing robed bright light beings that I have been able to see for years. They just wanted to show up for all of you today as images of sacred geometry. Just know that you are fully loved and supported and you have never,  ever been left alone. You have divine support ~ always!

My Experience at the 11-11-11 Activation Portals In Arkansas With The Earth Keeper Group And James Tyberonn

I have just returned from my amazing weekend in Arkansas with Earth Keepers and Max the Crystal Skull for the 11-11-11 activation ceremony of the Crysto Sun disc located inside Pinnacle Mountain. Pinnacle Mountain is in the shape of a pyramid and it use to house one of the many colonies from Atlantis and Lemuria. During the Fall Of Atlantis many colonies broke apart and many of the powerful crystals that were used for light filled purposes were removed and hidden in secret places so those who had corrupted Atlantis could not gain control or destroy all of the power crystals from the “Law of One”. These crystals were hidden and were placed in dimensional locks so their power could not be abused, but would eventually be unlocked within divine timing by those souls who would rejoin during sacred ceremony all across the world in remembrance that it was part of their sacred mission to once again return the planet to it’s original divine blue print of love and unity.

In Arkansas 3 major mega crystals were hidden :

~ The Blue Crystal of Knowledge which would be activated on the 8-8-8

~ Emerald Crystal of Healing which would be activated on 9-9-9

~ Platinum Crystal of Communication which would be activated on the 11-11-11

The next activation ceremonies will be held all across the world on the 12-12-12 in preparations to activate the planet for ascension activation on December 21, 2012. These activations are opening up portals on the planet so we can receive more LIGHT....more crystalline energy....a higher consciousness and deeper connection to Spirit so we can return to unification with our higher self and ascended aspects of ourselves who guide and direct us towards our en-lighten-ment. Although the planet will be fully activated on December 21, 2012 it will take time for everyone to fully integrate the energies before the mass ascension of the planet can occur. We have personal ascension....which has already occurred for many, and will be occurring for many more over the next few years and we also have  planetary ascension where the whole planet will rise from the 3rd dimension to the 5th Dimension. Ascension is occurring NOW for those who are willing to do the work. Release your attachment to where you should be, and simply stay focused on the now.....one step at a time. Ascension is about removing the shadow that covers your LIGHT. With every activation and with every person that awakens, it creates a group momentum and before you know it, through group resonance, we will return this planet back to a place of love, connection and unity consciousness.

After the ceremony, which was filled with blessings from above, the portal was visible for all to see ~ here is the picture.....look for the X which signifies 2 pyramids on top of each other:

The portal was opened and it symbolically represents the "As above, so below" axiom......Heaven and Earth energies are merging....two pyramids join together. The downward triangle or pyramid represents spiritual consciousness/Heavens being dispersed to the Earth. Spirit and Matter are becoming one. We all have this potential NOW....the energies have been activated for us to receive the energies of our higher consciousness into our physical being NOW. 

Stay dedicated to your spiritual practice....unveil your shadow consciousness ~ you are returning to your TRUTH. Know with great FAITH (not egoic expectation) that you are ascending your consciousness to your divine blueprint.....you already are divine, you are simply  re-member-ing your consciousness and bringing it out of duality into unification. NO ONE will be left behind....unless that is what you want ~ and I promise you, for those who choose not to ascend this time..... the Creator loves you so much, you will be given another opportunity.  All beings and all things, no matter how dark they are have an imbedded desire to return to the LIGHT, and the Creator loves each and every one of us so much we will be given as many opportunities as possible to return to our original state of being.

ATTENTION: Just for those wondering....those are not chem trails. The portals were just above the mountain tip....very, very low. We were fully supported by Spirit and it was absolutely silent in the sky. Not one plane flew close to the area during the entire 2 hour ceremony. It was a very sacred event.

Triggers, Relationships, Soul lessons, Soul Strength and Self Love

Question about “triggers”....when we should stay in a relationship because we are learning through being triggered and when we may need to leave the relationship because it is no longer for our highest good.

QUESTION:

I get confused about whether a person should be in my life or not. Obviously it is a personal choice, but... what's the difference between being trigged through a relationship where I am learning about self, and getting a trigger where I feel it is time to get the heck out of here?

ANSWER: 

You must learn how to be discerning with all things you do. We are on a planet filled with choices, and we have the free will to choose what feels LIGHT for us. Discernment is a very important aspect of soul growth. We must learn discernment. Yes, unconditional love and forgiveness are requirements for soul ascension, but that does not mean we give people a free ticket to walk all over us....that is not loving to the self, and when we don’t have self love we tend to give our power away. We must learn how to balance Self Love with Universal Love for our brothers and sisters....we have to learn how to not only give of our energy, but also to receive it. We must bring ourselves in balance ~ Love combined with Strength....this is divine Love. The Creator is Unconditionally loving, but the Creator is not weak. I can’t tell you how many people have gotten on the spiritual path.....which is the healing path, and they became so loving and ungrounded.... they threw all discernment out the window and became weak and imbalanced. When we tap into self love we become more discerning with our energy because we are no longer "attached" to the relationships we previously use to base our self- worth on. Everyone needs to understand that it is o.k. to let relationships go.......the only constant in the Universe is change, and if you are rising in vibration and shifting your energetic frequency you will naturally want to surround yourself around like minded frequencies...that is how energy works. Like attracts like. Having said that, there are many, many tests we will pass through during our soul's ascension and these are spiritual "setups" with others that will show us our negative thoughts, emotions, distorted beliefs and repetitive behavioral patterns that need to be healed....these "set ups" help us gauge our progress.....some will reflect back to us our growth while others will show us what we still need to work on. And trust me....the universe has many, many ways to reflect back to us our egoic behavioral patterns and distortions that need to be refined. The dog escaping from the back yard, kids throwing temper tantrums, the grocery store clerk who is talking on the phone while she rings your groceries up slowly, and then proceeds to squash your loaf of bread because she puts canned goods on top of it, the car driver who cuts you off and then shoots you a bird....these are all opportunities for you to "see" and "hear" your SELF. Of course the "other" people have things they need to work on as well, but we loose our power when we focus on "them" and what they did "wrong". When we bring our attention back to the self we are empowered to OBSERVE our SELF.....what are the feelings these events bring up....does your mind chatter, impatience, perfectionism, judgments, intolerance, anger etc.... increase? The Universe lovingly sets us up with people who "play the part" to show us our imbalances. And those imbalances we refuse to accept about ourselves will be repetitively re-created with loved ones, friends, strangers, pets and even through inconveniences with our car, computer, house etc....until we finally accept the imbalanced thoughts, emotions, feelings and beliefs that need to be healed. The more we allow ourselves to FEEL the negative emotion that has been activated within our being the more we will be able to figure out the lesson. The more lessons we learn ~ the more loving interactions and experiences we will attract to ourselves because we will have removed a lot of the imbalances within us that were not based on LOVE.... remember like attracts like. If we have a lot of fearful vibrations within our being we will continue to attract fearful situations to us for us to learn from....and all negative emotions are of the fear vibration. As far as which relationships you should keep, and which ones you should let go of is...that is something each individual will have to figure out for themselves using their own inner discernment and guidance....and this is the key ~ follow YOUR guidance not someone else's.... because for the most part society bases their decisions on fear based "attachments". Remember, you have free will ~ if someone is constantly fragmenting the energy of your soul, then perhaps your lesson is to love your self enough to stand up for yourself and say no more...."I value myself and my energy, and I am not interested in participating in this kind of energetic exchange anymore." I have had relationships that were very painful and abusive that I needed to withdraw myself from so I could begin the process of healing, finding myself, stepping into my power, discovering my truth (not their truth) and when the timing was right....I was able to return to these people with a greater sense of awareness, compassion and forgiveness.  If the relationship is meant to be, it will return to you. Remember.....people who do not love themselves do not know how to love others. Wounded souls wound others......we can learn a tremendous amount of lessons through difficult interactions, but there is no need for any of us to have to remain in dark, unloving, abusive situations. If you feel it is time to release a relationship then learn the lessons involved and move on with love and forgiveness for your self and all involved.

Question About Relationships And Spiritual Growth

QUESTION: Do you have any tips or advice etc on the best way to stay focused, positive and keep moving forward when the person you love and have a child with isn't there and can sometimes be negative and angry? I understand we are at all different stages of our growth but can 2 people be together happily if one is desperate to accelerate and the other is scared and maybe not ready? I have been trying to just keep going with my journey and send him lots of love and light.

ANSWER: Yes, it is very possible for you to stay together IF the relationship is based on LOVE and TRUST and not attachment and control. This is a very common dilemma for many people. One person will begin the spiritual path and the other may not be ready or may be full of fear and distorted beliefs. Remember the spiritual path is the healing path so in order to advance spiritually we have to face the inner distortions ~ mainly the unprocessed emotions and feelings, negative beliefs, egoic behavioral patterns and karma (unbalanced energy) ~ within our energy fields. Although your soul may be ready to bring your self into balance, for many people, the comforts of denial will keep them from healing. The thought of actually having to take responsibility for their inner workings may be to much for them to handle and they will refuse to participate in any kind of spiritual practice because when we finally decide to FACE GOD we have to face OUR SELVES. The important thing is for you to stay committed to your healing journey no matter what ~ and you will be tested in your commitment. Oftentimes, when we begin to heal and transcend the negative behavioral patterns within us one of two things will occur ~ you will become an example for them...a beacon of light where they decide they too want to create more love, joy and happiness for themselves OR they may get scared that you are changing to rapidly and they may be fearful of loosing you (the old you) so they will try to stop your growth and keep you exactly the way you are.....because if they keep you the same, then they don’t have to change either. Having said that....I think it is important to look at your relationship in the past tense....has it been a loving relationship? Is this person possessive and controlling or will they be able to allow you to follow your heart? Your past will show you a lot about the future of your relationship. In addition, you will need to be very careful yourself about not pushing the other person onto the spiritual path. The best way for us to teach is by example. Honor and respect their right to choose. By you simply aligning yourself with Spirit, you will shift your vibration and you will effect everyone you come in contact with....especially the family members in your household. When you raise your frequency, you raise the vibration of the house and it is impossible for them to not be affected by your positive energy. Oftentimes, simply through vibrational resonance, they will begin to shift...especially if you are sleeping next to the person at night. You can also ask your guides and angels to please work with your partners spiritual team in raising their vibration for THEIR highest and best good....remember you DO NOT know what is for their highest and best good, but their spiritual teams and Spirit do ~ ask for their help. Also don’t be attached to the relationship and their spiritual growth....stay focused on yours. Also, be aware that as you climb the mountain of self, raising your vibrations you will be put in situations to prove that you can hold your light and that you are willing to release the old behaviors that no longer serve you. Usually, these interactions will occur within our families....especially through our kids and partners. We are learning how to master ourselves. You are with your partner for a reason. As long as the relationship is loving (not perfect), and the other person honors your free will right to choose ~ and you honor their free will right to choose ~ then it is very possible this relationship can be a catalyst for tremendous soul growth and advancement for both of you. It may be a little rocky in the beginning as you begin to re-birth your self, but it is totally doable. If the relationship begins to exhaust your energy, becomes abusive, domineering or begins to halt your growth then you may need to make some adjustments. You may even need to learn how to stand up for your self in a balanced loving manner, learn how to speak your truth with words of love, learn how to express your feelings and also learn how to make sure your needs are met. Only you can choose to do what is best for you and your family. Just make sure you keep your self on the upward spiral of soul ascension....face your problems, fears, distortions, attachments and distorted beliefs. If the relationship is meant to be then it will remain...if it needs to be released ~ you will know. Ask for guidance from Spirit in all things that you do, and then be still and “listen”. Expectation Creates Attachment and Suffering While Faith Creates Detachment and Peace Of Mind

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EXPECTATION (LOWER SELF) AND FAITH (HIGHER SELF) QUESTION: "If we are supposed to be able to create our own reality on all levels, why shouldn't we then have the "expectation" that it will be created???" ANSWER: This is a tricky one.....EXPECTATION. We all know we create our reality with our thoughts, emotions, feelings, beliefs and subconscious programs and we are learning when we are in the positive with these energies ~ we create a better life for ourselves. We also know it is very important for us to take time visualizing what we want, send out a prayer to the Universe stating what we want, and to keep our energy focused in the direction of what we want (meaning not letting our negative mind chatter take over)....however, it is also important to be in a place of knowingness and surrender....knowing that if it is for our highest and best good Spirit will provide. In that statement there is a sense of surrender, surrendering to the fact that we know our higher being will bring to us our needs in the highest and best way in perfect divine timing. If we expect it to occur there is an emotional attachment to timing and there is a lack of surrender which means we will set ourselves up for disappointment....we are attached to the outcome and through our expectation we are also grasping and literally holding the energy of our deepest desires to us in our energy fields instead of releasing the prayer out into the universe so our spiritual teams can help us manifest it. Expectation is tricky.....there is expectation which is actually a form of limitation and there is knowingness.....knowing that we are a divine being and fully capable of creating our reality when we are aligned with Spirit. When we are not aligned with Spirit we tend to expect things to happen....when we are aligned with Spirit....we know they will because we are aligned with the highest good of all involved....there is a sense of Faith, not expectation. For example....I worked as a healer and a teacher of several healing modalities for several years. When we approached a client we would state a prayer and we would have the highest intentions for healing to occur. We became a conduit for healing energies to flow through us, but we knew it is not us who is doing the healing. We knew that it is the Creator Of All That Is who decides if healing is for their highest and best good. We provide the healing energies, but we have no expectation of the outcome....we are completely detached from the outcome because we have the knowingness that healing will occur when the person has learned their lessons, is willing to let go of their emotional attachments, is willing to accept, and no longer block the healing energies of the Creator and when the Creator and the spiritual teams we are working with feels that it is time for the healing to occur. Although we are a very pro-active part of this healing team....there is the client, the healer and God....we understand that it is a 3 part agreement and we are merely a part of the healing session.....therefore, there is the intention to heal, and there is energy put forth for the healing to occur but there is surrender and knowingness that Spirit will bring forth the highest and best good at exactly the right time....we are completely detached from the outcome. When we have faith...we are allowing Spirit to help..... our energy fields are open to the abundance of Spirit and we are in partnership with Spirit. Distorted Programs In Our Consciousness Need To Be Re-Written or Deleted

It is our consciousness that creates our reality.

Our consciousness is our complete energetic bio-computer system that holds every thought, action, deed, feeling, emotion, belief and every word we have ever spoken throughout our entire soul's journey.

Whatever has happened to us in the past ~ or is happening to us now ~ is happening because our consciousness is running through all the old programs we have created within it, controlling the game that we currently call our life.

If we are not happy with our life, and the programs that are currently running, we will need to spend some time with our computer system, and begin to delete the programs that no longer work for us ~ so we can create new programs that are more aligned with what we truly want.

One of the best ways to do this is to "look at the patterns" of creation that continue to recreate themselves over and over again in our lives. "What are the patterns....what do I continue to draw into my life that keeps happening over and over?"

Once the pattern is recognized we can then ask ourselves: "How does this same re-curring event make me "FEEL"?" The FEELING will help us recognize what it is within us that needs to be addressed so we can release it, learn our lesson, and retrieve the gift of soul transcendence.

In addition, the patterns and feelings also create BELIEFS....so once the patterns and feelings are addressed and released ~ the distorted beliefs will leave as well.

3 things to be observant of in our lives.....PATTERNS, FEELINGS and BELIEFS. These are three things running the majority of the programs in our energetic bio-computer system. Whatever does not serve us, at this point on our journey, needs to be DELETED from the soul's energy. The only way to delete a program is to first recognize, discover and acknowledge that it is there so it can be re-programmed with the LIGHT of our higher wisdom. ~ Sabrina

Consciousness: Our emotional, mental, physical and spiritual being. It comprises of all of our energy, including the chakra system and the physical body. It is the totality of our being ~ both conscious and unconscious parts of ourselves.

EXTREMELY PAINFUL SITUATIONS FRAGMENT OUR SOULS

I was listening to a spiritual show the other day and the teacher was explaining triggers. The teacher was saying how important it was that we be “triggered” by others so we can activate our Christ Consciousness. Having been on the spiritual path for some time now....I was somewhat in agreement with what the teacher was saying. It is true that our greatest teachers are the ones who push our buttons and trigger a reaction or an emotion within us that needs to be released, healed and transcended. Before we incarnated we set up contracts with our soul mates to act out certain parts throughout our life that will help our soul’s evolve. Each soul has specific energy traits within their energy field such as past life fears, primary and secondary life purposes, psychological imbalances, and karma we have chosen to balance. So yes ~ triggers, soul test and lessons are very much a part of our soul’s evolution towards being the love and the light of our very own Christ Consciousness. 

The teacher began to say, we should not hang out with like minded individuals....that we should not go to meditation circles or groups of people who thought just like we do ~ that we should not put ourselves in a bubble of bliss where we never get triggered where everything flowed with ease and grace. I was intrigued and continued to listen.....the teacher said your boss who is always on your case, your mother in law who criticizes you ceaselessly, and never has anything nice to say you, your husband who no longer pays any attention to you sits back and drinks beer all day and watches football etc......these are all your greatest teachers and you should stay put in these situations and simply breathe......we were told we should take our adversaries, those people who drive us absolutely crazy, on vacation for a week and even sleep in the same bed....that we should not separate ourselves from those who we feel harm us. Hmmmm, I thought....this teaching is getting extreme, and I am totally loosing resonance with it, because my teaching paradigm is about balance, self love, boundaries and empowerment.

I started thinking about alcoholics and how important it is for them to remove themselves from their drinking buddies, the environments they use to hang out in and all the people, places and things that might trigger them to drink excessively. Drug addicts who need to remove themselves from certain people and surroundings so they can overcome their addictions and make better choices for themselves so they can have the time, space and energy they need to heal. Husbands and wives who are abusive to each other and are miserable in their marriages, but are so attached to each other and dependent on each other they will never separate, and therefore continue to swim in a cesspool of negative energies.....which will greatly effect the well being of their children, and directly effect their children’s future because the parents are the children's greatest teachers.....they are showing the children how to behave. 

Then I woke up this morning to find out one of my daughter’s high school friends, who was gay, jumped off a high rise building and killed himself because the football team at his high school had been bullying him so much that he reached a breaking point and committed suicide. Absolutely heart breaking! I thought about his pain, and his energy and how fragmented his soul must have become due to the continued torture and negativity that was projected towards him. He most likely felt like he had no choice.....like he was stuck and had no other way out. It is very likely he was surrounded around people who’s consciousness was filled with the distorted belief systems of religion, judgment, separation, elitism, self-righteousness and sin. 

I reflected on my studies of energy, in particular the human energy field and how damaging it can be to our soul’s energy if we are constantly around people and energies that continuously traumatize and fragment our energy. Here is an excerpt from a channeling from Jesus through Kim Michaels:

Before the Fall of Man, planet Earth did not have any of the negative conditions found in the world today.  Therefore, souls could descend into the material world and take on a physical body without being exposed to some of the traumatic experiences that are common in today's world. This meant that the soul ran virtually no risk of having its original matrix and blueprint fragmented or destroyed. 

After the Fall of Man, a number of imperfect conditions started appearing on this planet.  This meant that many souls were now exposed to traumatic experiences that were NEVER part of God’s original plan.  The reality of the situation is that the soul is an instrument for experiencing the material world and for helping to co-create this world. The soul therefore has a desire to experience the positive aspects of the material world, but it has no desire to experience the imperfect conditions that are currently found on this planet. So when the soul is in a physical body and is exposed to a very traumatic situation, the soul can indeed decide that it does not want to experience that situation. However, because the soul is trapped in the body, it cannot escape the situation. What happens in such situations is that the soul fragments; it splits into two or more smaller parts.

The original blueprint of the soul has two components. One is the outline and the other is the substance that fills the outline. You might envision that the crystalline structure of the soul is made of metal pipes that form a cage. Inside the cage is a softer substance that one might envision as balls of Styrofoam. As the soul experiences a traumatic situation, a part of it decides that it does not want to have that experience. Therefore, it breaks off and separates itself from the main part of the soul. One might envision that some of the balls inside the cage break away. The cage itself remains but it now has a VOID inside of it. 

You might have heard the saying that nature abhors a vacuum.  When a part of the soul’s substance has been split off, there is a vacuum inside the crystalline structure of the soul, and something is going to fill that vacuum. Because of the imperfect conditions found on this planet, it is highly likely that the vacuum is invaded by non-material beings (other energies that are not of the soul). 

When a soul’s crystalline structure is invaded by outside influences, the soul finds it difficult to draw the boundary between itself, meaning its original blueprint, and the outside world. The soul can no longer discern what is of itself and what is an external influence; it can no longer discern what is real and what is unreal.....the soul has become divided and can become very confused.

I can tell you that due to the violent past of planet Earth, there are very few souls who are complete and whole. The vast majority of human beings have some kind of split or fracture in their souls, and therefore they have been invaded by outside influences.  For most people this invasion has not reached a critical mass that prevents them from functioning at the level which is currently called normal, but which is actually far below the soul’s true potential.

For some souls, the fracturing has become so severe that they do not have enough soul substance left to have a clear sense of their identity. That is why their sense of identity begins to break down, and they experience difficulties in drawing proper boundaries around their identities.  This can lead to schizophrenia, split personality syndrome and a number of other psychological symptoms.  In fact, every psychological symptom known to man can be traced back to the fragmentation of the soul. ~ Kim Michaels http://www.askrealjesus.com/index.html

Therefore, it is VERY important that we do not continue to put ourselves in situations that continue to fragment our soul. I think it is important for each of us to understand that yes, we are learning soul lessons and have soul contracts with certain individuals, but we also have freedom of choice. Nothing is set in stone, and when we learn a specific lesson the contract with that person dissolves and we have the choice to stay in the relationship and heal it or we can leave the relationship with loving forgiveness and compassion. In addition, we do NOT have to learn through negative ways. That is a distorted belief! We can learn just as many lessons through light filled interactions as we do through the dark. If we believe we always need to be triggered in order to advance our soul’s then that is exactly what we will create for ourselves. We will create trigger after trigger after trigger to such a point that we may fragment ourselves so much that we no longer have the strength to advance our souls. There is no need to stay in any kind of abusive relationship. These relationships can teach us lessons....mainly they can show us what we don’t won’t to experience anymore. Once we decide what we don’t want we can release the old behavioral patterns that previously bound us so we can make space for something more divinely aligned with our highest and best good. We are Creator beings....yes we are learning but there are many, many ways to learn....they do not always have to be chaotic and drama filled unless that is what we want. Remember, it is our beliefs that create our reality....whatever we believe to be true, will be true for us regardless if it is really TRUTH or not. 

Every second of every day we are given the opportunity to recreate, to make changes, to let the old die and the new be re-birthed. No need to stay stagnant and punish yourself through hurtful situations ~ make choices for yourself that make your soul sing, and open your heart. The Christ Consciousness is activated through the heart. If you are constantly around people, places and things that continue to fragment and wound your energy you will never be made whole, and you will never be able open and expand your heart because you will remain in a state of woundedness. 

One of the greatest lessons ALL souls are learning is SELF LOVE.......love yourself enough to use your own free will to create the life of your dreams. With continued spiritual practice and the use of proper discernment ~ making LIGHT filled choices for your self ~ your heart will E ~ X ~ P ~ A ~ N ~ D and form a magnet that will magnetize your soul fragments back to you. Always remember that everything in this universe is subject to your FREE WILL...... you are responsible for everything that happens in your life. BE CONSCIOUS, BE AWARE....... there are subtle forces out there that don't want you to be whole and empowered...they will trick you. They will cause you to unknowingly relinquish your free will...where you will loose your discernment, leading you into situations that will further fragment your soul. 

The energy of suffering is over ~ the new energy of the new Earth is empowerment and freedom....step into your empowerment and use your discernment to choose what fills LIGHT for you.  YOU ARE THE CREATOR OF YOUR OWN LIFE ~ YOU GET TO CHOOSE! ~ Sabrina
